Vanessa began waking up . She was rubbing her eyes .
"There's um - tea . It's still hot " I whispered.
"Don't worry he didn't drug it . He made me some too " Mary giggled.
Vanessa hesitantly drinks the tea .
"When can I go home ?" Her eyes plead for an answer .
"You should be good to go . Remember lots of sleep " Mary replies.
"I could drive you home " I insisted.
" No , nurse lady . If you don't mind can you take me home ? " Vanessa ask my sister .
Mary looked at me and I shook my head yes .
"Of course ,come on " Mary replied .
"Before you go , you should be quiet about what you saw today " I grabbed her wrist .
She pushed my hands off her wrist .
"Like who would get involved?" she growled.
"I can't disagree with you " I couldn't help but smile. She's so cute when she's aggressive.
Vanessa Pov
"Thank you for the ride & taking care of me " I told the nurse .
"No problem , oh I almost forgot " she handed me a thermos.
"He packed some extra tea for you , he's worried . But here's my number , call me anytime the twerp gives you any issues . Also let me know you're okay , with the concussion ." she smiled so beautifully .
I nodded my head and made my way to ever lasting sleeping .
