So, I do not think I have actually covered this pairing. I am genuinely surprised I haven't. That is a bit shit from me not going to lie.
Anyways, Ash x Anabel, from the Battle Frontier series of the Gen 3 Pokemon Anime. They interact in a few episodes (only 2, from what I could discover. I somehow have shocking memory of a series I watched a lot when I was younger. FFS)
She is revealed to have a crush on Ash and that's the basis of the pairing.

Opinion:
This isn't by any means a bad pairing, because it has its moments that are definitely substantial, however, it is hard to know whether her feelings are more substantial than other Pokegirls (Serena and Misty, in particular). Would they work well together? Eh I'm going to say probably not, but a lot better together than some other pairings I have reviewed. I'm not personally a fan of it myself but the rating is down below.
