Heather's POV
It's been about two weeks since I talked to Bridgette on the phone, and I've been needing and itching to talk to her again.
So I decided to contact a guard, and I asked him to let me have a phone call.
"Hey, dirt bag, can I have a phone call?" I asked the guard
"Yea, fine you want one or two?" He asked
"I'll have two." I said
I have someone else I am planning to call, I really need to talk to them.
"Ok fine, but no phone calls for two weeks, since you're using two now." The guard said
"Ok, fine, whatever." I said
The guard then escorted me to the telephones and I dialed Bridgette's number and heard it ring.
She picked up almost immediately.
Hopefully she knows it was me calling her.
"Hey, is this you Heather?" Bridgette asked
"Yea, it's me." I said
"It's so nice to here from you again, I missed hearing from you." She said
"It's amazing that I'm actually able to talk to you in the first place, I just want to see you." I said
"I know, me too, and I'm working on it." She said
I really miss her, and I have to check in on her, ask how close she is on the saw.
"Speaking of that, do you know if the production of the saw started yet, or are the plans are developed yet?" I asked
"Uh, so I've got good news and bad news." She said
Oh no, what could it be.
"What is it, how bad is it?" I asked
"So the bad news is, that I told my boss that I had to make the saw, and I needed extra materials." She said
"But you're the highest of the company, why would you need permission from someone else?" I asked
"Sis, there is always going to be someone higher than you, no matter how high you are." Bridgette said
"Ok, so what's the bad news?" I asked
"Uh, he asked a lot of questions, and I folded. I didn't tell him everything, but I told him that I needed it for you so you can get back to me." She said
Oh no, she wasn't kidding about the bad news that she had.
"Oh Bridgette, I'm not going to sugar coat it, this is not good. We could get more time in prison, and you could easily get time too." I said
"I know, but he said he wouldn't tell anyone and he let me get the extra things I need in order to make it." Bridgette said
