Lindsay's POV
Right After She Killed Scott
Before the phone call to Anthony

I just killed Scott then I immediately called the police.

They showed up within minutes.

There were ambulances, and many police cars.

While I was in shock, sitting on the couch, huddled near the corner, and then two detectives, one guy and girl went up to me.

"So what happened here?" One of them asked

I looked at them a little unsure of how to respond.

And they noticed it.

"It's okay, just tell us the truth." She said

"Ok. So, my husband came home from one of his business trips, and it was obvious that he was drunk and high, based on how he talked and how he walked." I started to say

"Ok, go on." She said

"I was trying to be careful on what I said so I didn't trigger anything in him, since I already knew he was dangerous." I said

Then they both looked at each other confused.

"Dangerous? How dangerous?" She asked

"Umm, he has abused me in the past." I said

After I said that, the other detective immediately started to write something down.

"Abused you, how?" She asked

"Well, the basics, I guess. Hitting me, kicking me, verbally abusing me." I said

"I see. And you wanted to be careful so he wouldn't continue his abusing tactics?" She asked

"Yes." I said

"Ok, so what happened next?" She asked

"He began asking a few questions, like where Anthony was, and I told him he was at his friends house." I said

"Did that escalate your argument or something? She asked

"In a way. He then responded by saying how he doesn't want Anthony hanging out with him, because his friend is gay. And I got upset with him, because he was never a good parent for Anthony, and he doesn't get to chose now what's best for him, when I'm the only one who know's best." I said

"Ok, so I'm guessing your husband is homophobic and doesn't like Anthony's friend?" She asked

"Yes, he is." I said

The other detective continued to write more things down.

"Ok, so what happened next?" She asked

"Then I made some comments against him, basically saying how I don't want him making decisions that he has no right to do. It then kinda went back and forth with us throwing swears at each other, and then I made a mistake." I started to say

Both of the detectives looked at each other in a mix of shock and confusion.

"What kind of mistake?" She asked
