I don't know what I've done,

But I'll leave you alone from now on,

If that's what you want.

Is that what you want?

Do you know why I'd leave you alone?

Because I care about your feelings,

More than mine.

I care about you.

Everything about you.

I would never let anyone or anything hurt you.

That is why I'd leave you alone.

I feel like all I'm doing 

By trying to fix our friendship

Is damaging myself. 

So it isn't just for your sake, 

It's for mine too.

And I feel selfish saying that, 

But it is just how I feel,

And, unless you decide to try in this friendship, 

It is really for the best I think

Friendships aren't one-sided

It takes effort from both sides.

I can't be the only one trying 

And this actually work out.

Either things have to change,

Or all the time and effort that

I've put into this"friendship"

Was completely useless.
