Finn: Finn wakes you up by playing with you and gently shaking you up. It doesn't often happen due to the fact that you usually are up before him.
Jake: Jake likes to make you breakfast to wake you up. It also helps Finn wake up when his girlfriend isn't around.
Prince Gumball: Gumball only wakes you up when you stay over because he isn't allowed to stay over with you just yet and when he does wake you up he usually sends Peppermint Butler to you with a handwritten note and breakfast.
Marshall Lee: Marshall loves waking you up by softly singing different love songs he knows or songs that he wrote since you like listening to the songs he has written himself.
Flame Prince: He doesn't wake you up since he risks hurting you from being made of fire.
BMO: He wakes you up by spam messaging you since neither of you stays the night with each other.
