I did a bad thing...
Bàba=Dad
Dìdi=Younger Brother
Gēge=Big BrotherGrunting, the Lotus Prince shakily righted himself in the air, growling and glaring down at the train car below where both simians resided. The young god's goal had changed, he--now--not only had to get the rings, but also keep the children safe from harm and potentially take them back to the Celestial Realm for safe keeping...though that came at the obvious risk of angering both monkeys.
Nezha shook his head. He'd think about that later, for now, the rings were his top priority.
Looking down upon the broken monorail, the prince spotted the first group--Tang, Pigsy, Sandy, Mei, Red Son, MK and Ming--leaving back towards the parking lot, whilst the second group--Wukong and Macaque--were seen to have the rings in their possession, the ginger haired king summoning a cloud that his general--partner--whatever hopped onto, the duo speeding off towards the mountain, Nezha following close behind.
"He's following," The shadow demon whispered, tail lashing about nervously once he'd spotted the pink clad prince, his grip on the 'rings' tightening. "What next?"
The red silk of the Huntain Cloth wrapped around the husbands, and Monkey King winced at it's tight grip, "Keep him busy."

Reaching the parking lot, the first group hopped in and those who didn't have a seat to buckle into--the kids--all held on tightly to the nearest object that was nailed down into the floor, their grip tightening once they felt the van jolt forwards, it's rockets activating to increase it's speed.
"Are you certain that these rockets will hold up?" Pigsy turned back to look at Red Son, who scoffed.
"Of course I'm sure!" The nervous energy didn't help the red demon's temper. "I've built rockets before genius!"
"Why couldn't we stay with my friend?" Ming chirped, tilting her head as she looked up at an anxious MK and Mei. "And why are Bàba and Papa arguing with him?"
"They....uh...."
"Your parents and the Lotus Prince have a hard time agreeing on things," Red Son interrupted a panicking monkey prince, who sent his cru--friend a grateful look. "So they're talking it out whilst we finish getting to the ritual site, don't worry..." The fire user thought back to Macaque's words.
"Don't start the ritual without us, otherwise the fire will spin out of control and harm you...okay?"
"Understood."
"Oh, and Red Son..."
"Yes?"
"Keep my cubs safe for me...please?"
".........You can count on me."
"We'll see them soon enough," DBK's son trailed off, before sending his young charge a reassuring look. "I promise."

Both immortal parties clashed, with Macaque and Wukong tossing the rings back and forth like a game of 'Hot Potato' to keep them out of Nezha's reach, which only proved to further anger the god.
