Lost Innocence

CHAPTER 26

 Once Sean calmed down Darcel made him look at him

"tell me what's going on" Darcel commanded making Sean take a deep breath

"I remember" he started but stopped again

"remember what?" Darcel ask

"Irish and that man" Sean answered as his body starts trembling again but Darcel held him again making him calm down

"what about Irish and what man?" Darcel ask coldly

"I remember Irish, we attended the same middle school" Sean answered

"and she was also part of the sorority I joined in the past" he added shocking Darcel

Darcel may know Sean's past but he didn't bother to investigate further the people he once get associated with

"but she didn't seem to recognize me" Sean said

"either she didn't recognize you truly or she was just pretending" Darcel said making Sean nod

"what about the man your talking about?" Darcel ask

"when I went to get my phone I bumped into someone who really look familiar once again" Sean

"why are you bumping into familiar people today?" Darcel cut him

"I also wonder" Sean agreed 'and on top of that to the bad guys' he thought

"and who's this man?" Darcel ask and Sean went silent for a while

"Sean who is this man?" Darcel again ask this time his voice was very cold and laced with danger

"he- he was uhmm--" Sean trailed off that Darcel didn't like

"Sean you'd better start talking or you won't like what I'll do" Darcel threatened making Sean gulp

"he's uhm one of those who kidnapped me" Sean whispered but enough for Darcel to hear

"what did you say?" Darcel felt like his ears went deaf in what he heard his hands clench into fist

"both him and Irish is part of the group that once kidnapped me" Sean admitted

"before I lost consciousness I heard a woman's voice calling someone informing them they've got me and while I was coming back from the kitchen I heard Irish voice and I am sure it was the same while I recognize the man since he was the man who pushed me inside the van" Sean further explain making Darcel's anger rise in his every word

"that's why I'm saying it is impossible they are your ally so why would they do that" Sean said looking at Darcel and he instantly notice the anger the other is trying to suppress

"unless they are traitor" Sean lowly added

"are you sure you've recognize the right person?" Darcel ask calmly but Sean can feel and see the anger in him so he just nodded he himself can't believe it and he doesn't want to cause any misunderstanding but no matter how he denied it he was sure of it

"Sean listen to me whatever you know don't let them notice you recognize or know something can you do that?" Sean was confused but still nodded and didn't ask further he trust Darcel and he will continue doing so
