Chapter 1

Sophia is woken up by lion licking her face.
Petting lion's head She says "Good morning to you too bud!" She turns to her alarm clock which reads 10:30am. She gets up and lion follows as she goes down stairs to the kitchen to find a note on the table that reads

Hey Munchkin, your mom and I just left for little homeworld to get set up for the 'Last day of summer' party. Head over when ever you're ready. Remember to be careful when you take the warp. Love you! ❤️

After she finishes reading the note her cell phone rings. Sophia picks it up sees it's Amethyst and answers. "Hey Amethyst what's up?" "Soph, what are you still doing at home! it's your last day of freedom before you have to go back to that prison!" Amethyst replies. "It's not a prison Amethyst. It's middle school." Sophia responds causing Amethyst to sarcastically reply "Dude! That's the same thing!" Sophia laughs from Amethysts comment. She replies "Stop laughing and get your butt over here so we can have fun! Oh- and Your dad's asking if you saw the note."
"Yes I saw it. I just need to get changed and I'll head over." Amethyst replies "Sounds good! I'll see you when you get here. Love you Bye!"
"Love you too!" Sophia replies. Then call ends and She quickly goes upstairs gets changed into a pair of shorts and a teal T-shirt. She pulls her hair in ponytail. Puts on her glittery sliver sneakers and goes to the warp pad. Lion tries to follow. Noticing this Sophia turns to lion and says "Buddy, you know you can't come with me right now." The statement causes Lion to wine.
Patting his head Sophia replies "Look I'll come and get later okay?" Lion nods in agreement and then goes and curls up in the living room. Sophia turns back to the warp pad and heads to little homeworld.

After a short journey Sophia arrives in little homeworld. Which is a lot bigger than it used to be. After she arrives some of the younger kids run up to her. One kid says "Hey Sophia! Where's lion?!"
"He's at home." Sophia replies as Another asks "Is he gonna come to the party later?"Sophia replies "We'll have to wait and find out!" A third kids asks excitedly "what powers do you have again?" "Who's Wants to know?" Sophia says with a smirk. "WE DO!!" The kids shout.
Sophia replies "Well you know, I can't talk about me without telling you about the all of the Crystal Gems!" "Then tell us about them too!!!" The kids reply excitedly "You're not gonna leave me alone until I tell you, are you?" Sophia asks. "Nope!" The kids reply. "Alright, try and keep up with me! Let's go!" Sophia says with a smile. She leads them towards the center of little homeworld and she starts to sing!

This is our home we've got every generation! So full of music a rhythm of its own design! This is my family a perfect constellation. So many stars and everybody gets to shine. Whoa, But let's be clear, the big six run this show, whoa

The kids spot Garnet amethyst and pearl in the distance the first kid says "Oh my gosh, it's them"
What are their powers?"
The second kid turns to Sophia and says "I can't remember all of them!" The third kid does the same and says "But I don't know who is who"
Trying to calm the trio down Sophia says "Alright, alright, relax!"
Grabbing Sophia's arm the first kid replies "It is physically impossible to relax!"
Grabbing Sophia's other arm the second kids says "Tell us everything, what are your powers?"
The third one who's jumping up and down & somehow got a cup of coffee and managed to drink half of it shouts "Just tell us what everyone can do!" Taking the half empty cup and throwing it out Sophia responds "And that's why coffee's for grown-ups!" Then she starts to sing again.
My Aunt Garnet can see possible future's!
When she's unhappy & splits well, the temperature gets weird. My grandma Rose-

They say she was the leader, one day she disappeared. Oh! And that's my dad Steven, here's his deal, whoa! The truth is, he can heal you with a his spit, whoa His love is a remedy for real!

I know it sounds a bit fantastical and magical but I'm part of the Universe Family. A girl fell in love with Family
And now she's part of the Universe Family. So yeah, Aunt Ruby married Aunt Sapphire and fused into Garnet. And my dad married my mom. That's how Grandpa became Grandpa Universe!

The group of kids continues to follow Sophia more kids start joining the group with out her noticing. A new voice asked "Wait, who's a aunt and who's a cousin?" Another new voice said "There's so many people!" A third new voice asks "How do you keep them all straight?" Sophia turns around to see that the group of three kids is now a group of twelve kids and says "Oh stars! There are more of them!" The questions from the kids didn't stop so she took a deep breath and continued singing

So many gems in our house
So, let's turn the sound up, you know why?
I think it's time for a gem round up!

My cousin Lapis can control water,
Amethyst can shape shift, Peridot can metal bend!  My other aunts Pearl and Bismuth! One strong, one graceful

Garnet who's chatting with Pearl sees the commotion and asks "Sophia, what are you doing?" Sophia nervously replies "Oh, They were just asking about the family and" On of the kids excitedly interrupts her shouting "She was about to tell us about her super awesome powers!"
Pearl confused by the previous statement says "But Sophia doesn't have any powers!" Garnet and Pearl leave as the group of kids look back at Sophia. One kid asks "you don't have any powers?" another kid says "if I was you I would be really sad." Sophia replies "well my friend, I am not because I am just as special as everybody else in my family." A third kid says "Well, I think your power is being in denial!" The kids leave as Sophia sits on one of the benches as Amethyst appears and says "There you are Lil' Firefly." Sophia stays quiet as amethyst realized that she was lost in thought amethyst sits down next to her and asks "Is everything okay?" Snapping back to reality Sophia answers "Uh- yeah the kids were...just..." Finishing her sentence for her Amethyst says "Asking about your powers." Sophia frustratedly replies "Yeah, the ones that don't exist! I don't get it Amethyst, I'm the daughter of the literal savior of the galaxy. I have a gem but no powers. I just feel like I can't live up to everyone's expectations." Seeing that Sophia is obviously upset Amethyst puts her hand on Sophia's shoulder and says "Soph, you don't have to live up to anything. Just be you! We all love you just the way you are! And never be ashamed of the way you were made! Your perfect already!" Sophia replies "Thanks Amethyst. It Means a lot." Amethyst replies "No problem lil firefly! You know you can always talk to me right?" Sophia replies "I know. I still feels bad though." Then a smirk comes across Amethyst's face and she says "Well, I know someone who will make you feel better!" Sophia replies "Amethyst, I think you mean-Whoa!" Amethyst pulls Sophia past several mixed groups of humans and gems to the center of little HomeWorld. Sophia asks "Amethyst where are we?" Sophia looks up and sees a familiar pink face and in pure shock Sophia excitedly says "Lars!?"
