Back home.
Final chapter ppl!
I woke up feeling not so refreshed after the sleep I just endured.
"Morning, Y/n." Khonshu greeted
"Are you always awake?" I asked knowing the answer to the question already
"Yes." Khonshu said
"Better get going real fast Khonshu. It seems we've been deemed a threat in NYC." I pointed at still half asleep.
"Ah, aren't we always a threat." Khonshu pointed out sighing
"Couldn't be closer to the truth." I said
I got dressed into Y/c outfit as I walked downstairs making a coffee and drinking it all whether liking coffee or not, I needed to wake up somehow. Khonshu appeared as I looked to the many boxes on the ground.
"Egypt will be pleasant." Khonshu reassured happily
"I'm sure it will." I said
I hadn't had the slightest idea of what moving back to Egypt would look like but I knew that it would be a great journey back home.
"Unpacking will be lovely." I said sarcastically
"It will be." Khonshu replied
"At least we can finally get rid of all this dust you. Caused." I pointed out
"You wound me." Khonshu said sarcastically
"I bet i do." I said in a dull tone with a frown.
In a blink of an eye I was in a familiar place, back in Egypt. It was the same old house.
"Isn't this nice." Khonshu said
"Mhm." I replied happily
(Time skip to when the house was decorated)
I was already very tired after finishing the whole house, the house wasn't even that big! I decided to go into Egypt just to get a nice feel of it again after being gone for so long.
"Isn't this nice." Khonshu said
"Mhm." I replied
There wasn't many people around considering I lived in one of the remote parts of Egypt so I didn't have to worry about talking to Khonshu while in public. We were near one of the little ruins as Khonshu appeared and leaned onto one of the broken ledges.
"Ah, Egypt. See if we stayed in Egypt we wouldn't need to be hunted down by people in NYC." Stated Khonshu
"Yup." I said rolling my eyes
Khonshu seemed to fit in and or blend in here more then NYC, it just seemed more suiting for Khonshu. Could just be him being an Egyptian god though. I was then teleported by Khonshu into an area I hadn't been in forever.
This was the place where god's would usually show up for random meetings or just gatherings, Just then taweret appeared.
"I knew you would come visit me! Welcome back to Egypt!" Taweret greeted
"Greetings taweret." Khonshu said
"Hi taweret!" I said while waving
Another gust of wind had entered the room and there appeared Anubis, god of the underworld.
(appears like the Anubis in gods of Egypt).
"Greetings, Taweret and Khonshu." Anubis said
"Anubis. Long time no see." Khonshu said
All the gods were the same height as each other some being taller and some being inches shorter then the rest.
"The fist of Khonshu, glad to make your acquaintance." Anubis said holding out his hand
"Greetings Anubis." I said shaking his hand
I always think it's best to be respectful when around any sort of god.
A warm yet strong gust of wind appeared and the god Horus was shown, the god of kingship and the sky
(same design shown in gods of Egypt).
Horus was actually quite arrogant and had lots of obnoxious self love.
"Hey! Didn't know we had some sort of welcoming!" Horus said
"Horus... greetings." Anubis said
"Horus! Hello!" Taweret said while waving at Horus lightly.
"Horus. What a special surprise." Said Khonshu in a kind manner
"Fist of Khonshu! Rarely ever get to see you! How you doing?" Said Horus
He wasn't as polite and fancy as most of the other gods
"Good." I said hesitantly
"That's great!" Horus said smiling with his beak
"Ah, it seems a couple of souls have entered the underworld. I must take my leave." Anubis said
"See you around." Khonshu said
"Bye anubis."
Anubis disappeared waving leaving me, Khonshu, Horus and taweret in the same area.
"I need to go! I promised nephthys I'd have tea with her! Bye bye now!" Taweret said happily waving at us and then disappearing becoming just dust in the wind.
"Welp. This got boring. Cya around! Khonshu!" Said Horus as he left before we could react.
I stared at Khonshu as he teleported us back to the house in the unbearable heat,
"That was fun." I said
"Told you." Khonshu stated smugly
"Yeah, yeah." I replied laying down in bed.
"Isnt Egypt amazing?" Khonshu said
He really missed Egypt that much, didn't he?
"Yup." I replied happily
I laid down in bed as khonshu scolded me on How good egypt is until I fell asleep.
