(A/N this is something I always had in mind. When you look at the quirks of the UA Staff, you'll find that there are plenty of reasons they might have been discouraged or mocked for. People are like that no matter what the universe, judging and finding faults in everything. So I thought, why not give it a more realistic approach? I hope you like this storyline)
