Stefan went upstairs looking around knowing someone was there. And when he turned around to face the balcony

A bird and a bat flew in making Stefan turn away from the door.

Stefan felt a gaze from behind and do he turned to it revealing Damon. "Hello Brother" Damon had his signature smirk

"Damon" Stefan said "Don't forget about me" You then came in from standing next to your twin

"Hello Brother" you grinned as Stefan sighed "Crows and the bats are a bit much, don't you think?" Stefan asked

"Wait and see what we can do with the fog"

"What are you two doing here?"

"Well we couldn't miss your first day of school"

You wandered around as you left the two talking

"Your hairs different, I like it"

"It's been fifteen years"

"Thank God, i couldn't take another day of the nineties. And that horrible grunge look, did not suit you"

You chuckled "remember Stefan. It's important to stay away from feds" Damon walked around circling around Stefan

"Why are you here" Stefan asked more sternly "We missed our little brother"

"You both hate small towns it's boring, there's nothing for you to do"

"We've managed to keep ourself busy"

"You know you left that girl alive tonight, that's very clumsy of you"

"That could be a problem" Damon leaned against the table

"For you" you said while you and Damon just smiled

"Why are you here now" Stefan repeated himself again and again

"I could ask you the same question however, I'm fairly certain your answer could be summed up all into one little word. Elena"

"Oh. Elena, she's a dead ringer for Katherine. Is it working Stefan? Being around her being in her world. Does it make you feel alive?"

"She's not, Katherine"

"Well let's hope not. All three know how that ended" Damon looked at you then to Stefan

"Tell me something. When's the last time you had something stronger than a squirrel?"

"Let's do it, The three of us. I saw a couple of girls" Damon hit Stefan again

"Or let's just cut to the chase. Let's just go straight for Elena" Stefan pushed him

"I said stop!" He then pushed Damon out of the window along with himself as you sped outside

Stefan groaned and slowly got up. "I was impressed, i give it a six, Miss on style but i was pleasantly surprised"
