You were in English class as you heard phone ringing from outside, you also saw Scott look at that direction

"Mom three calls on my first day is a little overdoing it"

"Everything except a pen-" you lost focus because of a few footsteps coming from outside

The footsteps were getting closer, The principal opened the door as a girl and him came in

"Class this is our new student, Allison Argent, please do your best to feel her welcomed" you growled quietly when the name Argent was mentioned

The principal left the room as Allison walked to the back and sat on the empty chair behind Scott.

Scott then grabbed a pen from his bag and gave it the girl, the girl was confused on how he knew she forgot a pen

Making you also wonder how. The bell rang as everyone left their rooms. You walked to your locker who was beside the new girls locker

You put your books inside, the new girl walked to her locker and did the same, you closed your locker and felt someone staring

The new girl turned to you "Hi" she said nervously "Hi?" You smiled awkwardly

"I'm Allison" she introduced as she smiled "I know you, you're from my English class, I'm Y/n" you had this feeling in your stomach that you didn't have for a very long time

You were about to speak but Lydia comes and interruptes "That jacket is absolutely killer, where'd you get it?"

"My mom was a buyer for a boutique back in San Francisco" Allison said "And you are my new best friend" Lydia chuckled

Jackson comes and kissed Lydia, you cleared your throat and they pulled away

Allison smiles at you then turns to Lydia "so, this weekend, there's a party" Lydia says

"A party?" Allison asked "Yeah. Friday night. You should come" Jackson completely ignored you but you didn't care

You noticed Scott staring at Allison smiling "Uh, I can't. Its family night this friday. Thanks for asking" Allison's heart jumped

"You sure? I mean, everyone's going after the scrimmage" Jackson said "You mean like football?" Allison asked

"Footballs a joke in Beacon. The sport here is lacrosse." You say

"We've won the state championship for the past three years" Jackson says
"Because of the certain team captain"  Lydia smiles at Jackson

"Well, we have practice in a few minutes, that is, if you don't have anywhere else" Jackson offers Allison
