EXTENDED SUMMARY:
Lily Whitlock was like most teens in Hawkins, Indiana. Ready to get the hell out of their town. Ever since she had moved here from her small apartment in New York, she had been itching to get out. And that was nine years ago. Now? Hawkins was still just as boring, but Lily had found solace in its quietness.
That was until everything changed. The small, safe town she once knew was now filled with things Lily had only read about. Secrets filled the spaces from before and could you truly trust anyone? With a faceless monster on the loose and a strange girl with a shaved head in the basement, it's up to Lily and her party to save the day. She's got a handful of a twelve year olds, a guy with obnoxious hair, and a few confused best friends.
