Days passed by nothing was getting sorted out in Kiara's life. There was frequent displeasure expressed by the boss regarding her upcoming articles. Even after giving her the best, she wasn't able to act productively. Every minute she opened her laptop, her mind would divert to the mess her life was offered with.

Dhruv was busy ignoring her, Aditi engrossed in her trip. Avni passed some messages, but she was affected as much as Kiara by the event. But the fact troubling her the most was the change in Harshad behaviour. He seemed rooted in his seat, hardly having any conversation with anyone, and she hadn't found a glimpse of Ria in her office.

"What wrong with that Mr Playboy?" Yami inquired, staring at him as they were sitting in the cafeteria. "He hardly smiles, nowadays."

"Hmm... maybe had a dangerous argument with his girlfriend," Kiara muttered averting her gaze from his direction. She didn't want him to know that they were having a conversation about him. It would boost his ego!

"He has a girlfriend?" Interrogated curious Yami. "And how on earth are you aware of it?" Her spying orbs were fixed on Kiara.

"He had dropped me home, a few days back. A lady was accompanying him. She was very much interested in him and was getting jealous. I kinda feel she is a possessive type. Can't blame her either, Harshad is over-friendly." Kiara rolled her eyes at the end.

"I don't consider him a guy to be affected by an argument like such until he was serious about the girl." Yami offered a suggestion making Kiara nod with her.

"I think he is serious about that girl..."

"My opinion is the same..." Yami whispered to herself at the end. There was a minute of silence before Yami opened her mouth. "What about you? What are you serious about?" She voiced in a teasing manner making Kiara roll her eyes at her.

"At the moment, I want to complete my article. I am serious about pleasing my boss."

"So, indirectly you are conveying we both are going to end up single for our entire life." Kiara giggled with Yami's statement and agreed with a nod.

The view was witnessed by a person that was lost in his thoughts from the past few days. He was confused with things happening and so he had decided to cut himself from the world for a few days. The melodious giggles had grabbed his attention. He wasn't sure, what the heck was happening with him? He had never been infuriated so easily. He had a cool nature but on glimpsing at Kiara's offended face on Ria's mocking laugh, he wasn't able to hold himself back. He wasn't sure why he reacted in such a manner?

He had mocked and teased Kiara a lot but Ria's one mocking laugh or was it Kiara's offended face, that triggered him? Yes! That had infuriated him. He could pull her legs and she was comfortable with it. Except for her glaring orbs but she never showed a sign of uncomfortableness but around Ria, she did. Had it made her embarrassed? Had his words offended her?

Harshad cell rang grabbing his attention from the numerous thought. Never had any girl made him have such thoughts. What was wrong with him? He glanced at the cell. Ria was calling him and he ignored her as he was doing for the past few days. He wasn't in a mood to entertain her. She had tested his limit and she was free to walk off from his life, forever.
