Promised Land

Nightfall hit as we were still on this boat, it was dark, and I would be lying if I said it wasn't a little cold but i wasn't going to complain. Only thing that could be heard his Craig and Ahab grunting as they were the ones rowing the boat

Murphy- yo, Ahab, get some rest

Ahab- I'm fine

Craig- screw this, if you're not going to sleep you can row.

Craig threw the row down as Jaha turned his head

Jaha- get back on that oar, Craig

Craig- or what? we don't even know if we're going in the right direction anymore. we followed that drone across the open ocean. hell, we deserve to die out here

Phoneix- oh fuck shut up and stop your whining. I'll row

Ahab- land? *points ahead* land!

we all saw this light not too far ahead of us as we all started to laugh

Murphy- yeah!!!!

Jaha- how does an Island of Light sound to you, John?

Craig and Ahab started to row when out of nowhere the boat like shifted an Ahab dropped his oar in the water

Ahab- dammit

Murphy- what was that

Jaha- get that oar. get that oar

Ahab went to reach in when the boat shifted again knocking him in the water

Ahab- richards!! there's something in the water! help!

I moved faster than Murphy and stuck my hand out for Ahab to grab

Jaha- the oar!

Phoneix- screw the fucking oar!

I grabbed onto Ahab's hand as I started to try and pull him to the boat when something out of nowhere grabbed him and dragged him across the water as he screamed, but when the thing grabbed him, Ahab had ahold of my hand so when he was grabbed an pulled it the thing had gotten my arm, that thing took a chunk out of my arm. I dropped to the boat holding my arm that had a huge bite in it as Murphy ran to my side

Murphy- holy shit, what the actual fuck was that?!

Craig- I don't see it, where is it?! Richards!! Richards!!

Phoneix- my arm, this fucking hurts!

Murphy held it carefully trying to look at it as Jaha came over to us starting to wrap my arm with his scarf thing as I groaned in pain

Phoneix- what the hell was that thing?

Jaha- we need to row. now!

the thing came back and started hitting the side of the boat 

Murphy- it's back!

Jaha- hold on!

Jaha started wrapping my arm faster as Craig was panicking 

Craig- where is it!?

Jaha-Craig row.

Craig- where is it?

Jaha- Row! row!

the thing hit the side of the boat again causing water to start coming in

Craig- we are going to sink! we all are going to die. we all are going to die.

Phoneix- I can do it. I can row

Murphy- hell no you aren't! I got it I will row!

Jaha- go row!
