Your voice, your ringtone , that tone again
I'd cry it out, sigh it out, and dry my wings
Praying you'd be gone and I'm alone again
Since that night you walked out our door
I've closed my eyes and hit the floor
And prayed that you'd come back once more...
But when all is said about what's been done
Time has passed, that bridge is gone
I cried my last tears, blew you out my mind
Deleted all your promises
You sold me out kid- like Judas did

A bittersweet, little battle won
Still hurts my heart, cause you were the one
But with each new morning, that sunshine brings
Clarity on everything...
