Who else's mind will literally out of nowhere throw something out at you, like "go back three steps or something bad will happen" or "check your phone for the millionth time in a minute to make sure you definitely weren't called" and then you're so superstitious you do it anyway, even though you know it's stupid?
LIKE IK I'M NOT GOING TO SEE A MURDERER WALKING AROUND OUR GARDEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, SO 1) WHY IS MY BRAIN TELLING ME THIS AND 2) WHY THE ACTUAL HELL AM I LISTENING
And then if I think to myself "ok, I won't fold all my clothes into shapes in the drawers, and nothing will happen when I don't," I will go into a state of paranoia EVEN THOUGH I LITERALLY DON'T BELIEVE IT, until I do it ANYWAY.
