Chapter 15

It got late, we are breaking Isaac out tonight and we got news that the hunters want Isaac dead, it's a full moon and my expertise is finally in need, me and Derek pulled up across the road while Scott allison and Lydia distract the hunters, the rest are being sorted by Talia for the full moon and in this time Jackson has killed 2 more people,

"Remember the plan?" Derek asked I nodded my head uncertain about liking this "Stiles... I can smell the worry coming off you"

"I know, I just, I don't wanna upset my dad" I mumbled "I already give him enough trouble, and how are we getting past front desk"

Derek looked away in thought for a moment "I'll distract her and meet you at the cells after, you just concentrate on getting the key" I nod slowly "it will be okay Stiles"

"Right and you're going to distract her how" I said turning to him trying to comfort my worry, I narrowed my eyes at him as he smirks "the same way I distract you" before I got a chance to ask what he meant he was slamming the car door shut, I quickly got out and went after Derek "what if I'm not okai with this option, can we pick another one" Derek rolled his eyes and looked at the teen beside him, "no, we don't have time, and why would you have a problem with it, I'm not going to do anything"

I whined a few incoherent words hoping Derek couldn't make it out "fine, let's go" Derek nodded "stay out here till I have them distracted" I nodded and watched as Derek went ahead of me to distract front desk.

After a moment I poked my head around to see Derek terribly flirting with her, shaking my head I quickly made my way into the back of the police station to my dads office, only when I got the lock box open I quickly said knowing Derek could hear me "the keys are gone" and made my way to the cells where Isaac would be locked up, guess this is a small break in the plan.

I almost bumped into an officer on my way to Issac only I didn't recognise him and as I glanced down, part of me smirked knowing the arrow in his leg was from Allison, I quickly pulled the fire alarm next to me and raced my way to the holding cells

Me and the hunter got their the same time, Derek will be here soon I just got to... Shit wheres Isaac, My eyes widened as the hunter turned to see what I was staring at and as he tried to get the gun from his holster Isaac grabbed him and threw him into a wall "oh hey there Isaac" I said with a shakey voice as he turned back to look at me "oh god"

I backed away as Isaac came after me, both me and Isaac cowering to the loud growl that echoed through the room, when I looked up Derek was stood between me and Isaac his eyes red, "ho..how did you do that" I spat out stumbling at the fact I just almost outright called mr Hale hot to his face

Derek walked over and pulled me up to my feet "because I'm the Alpha" I looked over at Isaac and my poor bean looks so scared I wanted to comfort him but i knew it was dangerous, Derek quickly passed me a pair off cuffs before starting to write down on a piece of paper "Cuff the hunter we need to leave" he spoke as he wrote so I cuffed the man to the cell bars

There was a slight malice in Derek's eye when he walked to the hunter then I noticed the staple before I got a chance to react Derek stapled his note to the hunters should before grabbing Isaac "lets go Stiles" I was busy gaping before I quickly followed after Derek

"What was that?" Derek glanced at me shoving Isaac into the back of my jeep "the note and stapling it to the guy, why?"

"Didn't want the note getting lost" he spoke like it was the obvious reason, I gestured for him to continue when I started Driving towards the hale house "it was a Shame note, it just said 'I came here to kill the boy and he broke out for his own safety' he deserved it" I nodded and let's just say the silence that followed was not comfortable neither was the growling in the back seat

The second we got to the Hale house a 0eter Talia and Laura was at the jeep and getting Isaac who was loosing control out, they soon had him downstairs with the others in the basement.

Derek was by my side once we got out of the jeep looking concerned "I'm fine, you saved me again" Derek rolled his eyes "good" he grunted before heading inside with me following him, I let out a yawn rubbing my eyes "want a snack?" He asked and I shook my head as he nodded "see you in a minute then" he said obviously knowing I was going to his room as I started up the stairs

I stripped off to my boxers and got comfy in Derek's bed thinking about how much trouble I'm going to be in if dad found out what had happened, I was half way thinking on how I hadn't been home in a few days "you alright? You seem worried" I looked over at Derek as he pulled his shirt off looking through his draws, Derek looked at me and raised his eyebrows when I didn't answer "yup" I finally responded, Derek cleared his throat and went into his bathroom after grabbing some pants.

When Derek came back in I was already half asleep, He lay down next to me as I mumbled "I think I should go home tomorrow" I looked up at Derek when he didn't respond he was just looking at me "what?" He shook his head and leaned over to grab a book "go to sleep" I mumbled a yes sir which earned me a quick glance as his eyes flashed before he went back to his book
