Jisung's knees felt like pudding. He stood in front of Hyunjin's door. Only one step left. Knock on the door. And that's what he did. He knocked on the door.
Steps could be heard inside of the apartment. And finally the door opened.
There stood the two. Looking directly into each other's faces.
"Hello Hyunjin.", Jisung was more than nervous. It felt like their fight had broken all the hatred Jisung felt toward Hyunjin.
Hyunjin face showed no emotion, but he willingly let Jisung in. "Why are you here?", was everything he asked.
Now was the time. Jisung took a look at the olders face, and took out the bouquet of roses behind his back.
"I want to apologise Hyunjin. That day I lost my temper and ignored all of the work you had done. I was selfish and an asshole. I hope you can forgive me. I want to be friends with you. Officially you know. I'm deeply sorry for what I did, but can we please talk this out?"
Silence.
That was the only thing filling the room. As the boys looked into each other's eyes.
One minute...that's the amount of time needed for an apology. Two minutes...are needed for realisation.
"I forgive you."
And three minutes...are needed for forgiveness.
