PREGAME WITH A DARLING LIKE KAEDE

.

.

.

Samui had just about given up on love, no matter where she looked she just didn't understand it like other people.

.

She didn't get anything like weddings, Valentine's day, and PDA she especially hated. Always glaring at couples with a nasty side eye.

.

At the end of the day she felt an emptiness, a void that can't be filled. She longed for somebody, anybody, for intimacy and companionship.

.

She'd worsen her state by telling herself such things were unobtainable, especially for someone like her, she knew deep down that love wasn't real.

.

That's why when she eventually came in your life, she wasn't so fond of you. Your bubbly, charming attitude just irked her.

.

"Why do you care so much about your friends Y/n, they all leave in the end anyways," she'd think to herself.

.

Although even with her annoyance to you.

.

She couldn't help but deadpan in your direction, your personality made her sick, that's what she told herself at least.

.

Even if you try to engage with her all you'd receive is being ignored and possibly even an eye roll.

.

But still she couldn't help but be captivated by you. There was something about you, your personality, your hope, your belief in others. In her mind there was a battlefield, in constant disarray.

.

"I hate them, I hate them," like a mantra repeating.

.

She'd never felt so strongly about another person, these emotions, she didn't understand what it was exactly.

.

All she knew was that she liked to watch, to be an observer, learning about you was somehow addictive. There was something so beautiful about the sound of your music.

.

Stalking your social media's every night with a scowl and a forming blush on her face. Looking closely at every detail, butterflies seemingly fighting in her tummy.

.

She didn't want to admit defeat.
