Aoyama is definitely quite the character. He has a bit role to begin with, with some weird moments of looking directly at the camera, but he eventually gets some character development and growth, especially during the Provisional License Arc.
Overall, I would say that he doesn't really have any big "expel-able" moments. He is ranked pretty low grade-wise, and doesn't seem to see an issue with it, which can definitely be problematic to a teacher.
He also doesn't take initiative very often, made evident by his midterm with Uraraka against Thirteen. He comes off as bit out there, but nothing that would normally warrant an in-depth investigation.
This one is a bit shorter on decision making.
