Another underutilized character. Honestly, I get it. You have 20 students in the class. A lot of your concentration is going to go towards the main character, teachers like Aizawa and All Might, and the students who have the most direct relation with the main character. You're going to have outliers.
Hagakure shares a lot of similarity with Mina, personality wise. She does seem to be academically smarter, but worse when it comes to practical stuff, especially since her Quirk is Invisibility/light refraction. She doesn't seem to take becoming more physically capable into account, which may be her biggest downfall. I will say, she would probably make a decent underground Hero given her Quirk.
Overall, run of the mill character, though room for improvement.
Likelihood of being expelled: 3
Reason for expelling: Lack of effort to grow/could see her being expelled during the Assessment Test if things had gone slightly different
