Yep. I'm going to say it again. Another underutilized character. Was super glad when they gave her the Cultural Festival to spotlight with. Unlike some of the other underutilized characters, she is fleshed out a bit more. This is most likely due to her friendship with Momo Yaoyorozu, who tends to be prominent, as well as her relation with Denki Kaminari.
Academically, she is doing well enough for that not to be an issue. Same with the practical, as she has found many more uses for her Quirk, as well as doing more combat focused training.
The only thing that would give any consideration to a possible expulsion would be she goes a little to hard on Kaminari from time to time. Under a different light, and if Kaminari took it in any other way than playful banter, she could be scrutinized for bullying. This isn't helped by her using her Quirk to shock him, though this is mostly in reaction to him being pervy alongside Mineta, so we could probably give her a pass for that.

Reason for expelling: If things are viewed differently, assault with Quirk or harassment/bullying
