Peter Parker wanted to try a new trend that's been going around. Everyone at his school was doing it, so why shouldn't he? There was various different ways this trend could turn out based on the stories he has heard. It could turn out really great or a complete disaster or maybe he'll find love like this one couple did. Peter decided to do the trend when he got home, which will be right after Flash finishes his daily beating. Luckily it didn't last any longer than 5 minutes today since Flash had to go to some important meeting with his dad right after school.
Peter ended up leaving school with bruises on his torso that hurt whenever he breathed, but he didn't care. Peter was too excited about texting his number neighbor that not even Flash's pathetic beatings could smash his spirit. Plus the bruises would be healed the next day thanks to his super healing ability he got when he was bitten by a radioactive spider last year.
He ran all the way to his apartment, but not too fast that he revealed his superhero identity. That would be a disaster, especially if it was leaked by one of his villains. What if that did happen? He would probably find a way to undo it by inventing a machine to go back in time or erase everyone's memories. Though that would probably cause more problems like opening rifts in this dimension causing other villains and heroes from other universes to cross over into this reality. Thus causing all of the heroes to team up to fight the other dimension villains for the ultimate crossover movie. Wait, movie? Where did that come from? That's a weird thought.
Anyways Peter finally arrived at his apartment and went straight to his room too eager to text his number neighbor to stop to say hi to his aunt May. He dropped his bag onto the floor and laid down on his bed. As soon as his head hit the pillow he started typing in the number.
