Unrecognizable
Can you see
what she’s hiding?
Can you hear
what she’s screaming?
She’s good in acting
that she’s quite okay.
She pretends to be
the lady she always dreams of.
She is unrecognizable—
the lady inside her.
The one who’s begging for help
to be free and ecstatic again.
Now, can you recognize her?
Can you see through her eyes
and finally know the truth?
Would you even dare to believe?
Are you capable
to endure the pain it will cost
once you’ll see the true her?
The one no one knows she is.
