It’s Hard
You think it’s easy
to forget anything in the past?
Don’t you know it’s hard
to let go of it.
I always want to let go
of this hurtful past.
How? How can I?
If it just keeps haunting me.
I wanna hide somewhere
but I know I can’t hide from it.
I keep running away
but I couldn’t run from it.
I just want to live a peaceful life
but it seems it’s hard to achieve.
I don’t know what exactly to do,
something keeps on hindering me.
I’m trying my best
to heal my broken soul,
a soul that was lost in the dark.
Yet I guess this is difficult to do.
