The Titans came closer and you only watched as they did so. The situation wasn't great, and you knew it.
Nanaba: Their timing is too perfect, like it's some strategy. I have a feeling it's been toying with us.
You silently agreed with what she said. Unlike Annie, this new Titan was more of a threat.
The Beast Titan roared loudly and you watched the Titans that were approaching, attack the tower. The Beast Titan then lowered itself down from the wall.
(Y/n): The way of controlling the Titans is like Annie's... the roar is some sort of stimulation... but the Beast Titan has better control.
Nanaba: (Y/n), Gelgar! Let's go!
You nodded and the three of you began to engage the Titans, once again.
Nanaba dodged a Titans swipe and you sliced its nape. Another tried to grab her but she avoided fast enough to strike it on her own, killing it. The three of you were hanging on the side.
(Y/n): This is bad... I only have one set of blades, not including this one. And my gas... I have to be careful or else.
Gelgar: This tower won't hold much longer.
Nanaba: I only have a small amount of gas left, what about you?
(Y/n): I still have some left but not a lot.
Gelgar: No gas here, and I used up all my blades. Those blunt ones, the last ones you have?
Nanaba: Yeah.
(Y/n): I still have another. Here have it-
Gelgar: No. Keep it. How many did the five of us kill?
Nanaba: I don't know. I didn't keep track.
Gelgar: You know what? I think I did a good job. But the thing is I wish I had the chance to drink before this.
You saw blood come down from his head.
(Y/n): Gelgar...
Gelgar: Sorry Nanaba, (Y/n), I must've hit my head... I can't hold on.. much longer.
His hooks detached from the wall and he fell.
(Y/n)/Nanaba: Gelgar!
The two of you quickly detached and dashed for him. A Titan grabbed Gelgar and Nanaba brought down her swords on it, cutting it.
Her blades broke and you dodged a Titan's hand and in a panic you hooked onto the wall and got up. Nanaba was next to you.
Nanaba: Damn it! Is that all I got?!
She gasped and you saw that the two of you were surrounded. You attacked the first one and sliced its nape but since you were surrounded you couldn't hook on to another properly.
In a panic you shot up towards the roof and you went up.
Ymir: (Y/n)! Are you alright?!
She grabbed you to make sure you're fine but you shook her off and ran to look for Nanaba. You watched as she was held by multiple Titans and was going to be devoured.
Connie: They got him also!
You diverted your gaze from Nanaba and you saw Gelgar's motionless body being held by another Titan.
Krista picked up a rock and threw it at the Titans. You and Ymir grabbed her by the arms.
Ymir: Krista quit it! The tower is going to crumple, you'll fall!
(Y/n): She's right Krista! Get down!
You hear the sound of Nanaba screaming about her father and you tear up. The situation was hopeless since all the veterans were dead. You were left in charge.
