Finally back at the Scouts Headquarters, you're inside a meeting room with Erwin, and the other officers and Section Leaders that survived the 57th Expedition and the conflict with Rod Reiss and Kenny Ackerman.
You were taking notes about the discussion that was unfold.
To retake Shiganshina and Wall Maria.
Erwin: From the debrief of the situation with Rod Reiss, it appears that Eren had unlocked the power to harden his Titan skin, as well as, manipulating his hardening ability to form a barrier. This would prove to be vital on recovering Wall Maria and Shiganshina. It doesn't have to be perfect but it has to make sure it completely cover the holes. Hange, will you help Eren make use of his hardening abilities?
Hange stopped writing from her notebook and looked at Erwin with a determined expression.
Hange: Of course, I'll have Moblit and (Y/n) assisting me.
Erwin: Moblit will assist you but I apologize I'll have (Y/n) set on a different task.
You perked up your head as he said this. The other officers and non commissioned officers also piqued in interest.
Erwin looked at you and continued.
Erwin: (Y/n), you're tasked with training the new recruits and transfers so they can have an understanding on how the Survey Corps operate. With the low numbers of members in the Survey Corps, we need them to be ready and efficient in the situation.
(Y/n): Yes sir, I'll do my best.
Erwin smiled and nodded.
Erwin: The plan is simple. Once we reach Wall Maria, you can expect the enemy watching our moves or they're already on the ready so be on your guard. Everyone will cover themselves with the hood of the cloak so the enemy does not know which one is Eren. Each squad will be responsible for covering a sector of a town to look for the enemy. Once we have Eren in position he will plug the hole in Shiganshina, then Wall Maria. Any questions?
You raised your hand and he nodded.
(Y/n): What's the plan of transport to the area?
Erwin: I haven't made one yet but I'll come down soon.
(Y/n): May I assist in the planning?
Erwin: Sure.
(Y/n): One more question sir, may I bring Arlet to assist in that planning as well?
He nodded.
Erwin: Anyone else? No one? Everyone is dismissed. Go to your tasks.
Officers/Noncommissioned Officers: Yes sir.
You got up and left the room and you saw Hange waiting for you with Moblit.
Hange: Ah! (Y/n)!
She came up to you and put her hands on your shoulders.
Hange: I can't believe it! You're an officer now and you're already tasked with something important! Look at how my baby boy is growing so fast!
You only sighed as she was gushing and Moblit gave a chuckle. Ever since you came back she hasn't stopped pampering you since she was distraught at your "death".
(Y/n): Hange... I'm an officer now, as well as a young adult you don't have to keep pampering me. I'm not a little kid anymore... and frankly, it's getting annoying.
As if she was struck in the heart by an arrow she looked at you with tears and she launched herself on Moblit.
Hange: Moblit! (Y/n) doesn't want his mommy anymore! Why does he have to grow up?! My heart.. I can't take it...
