Chapter 13: Lock in sleepover

They aren't with the fans. shit. I just remembered that ranboo has my phone from when I put dream on speaker. The sun is starting to set so I run into the centre and find staff. "Excuse me, where is aimsey" "Uh mrs.. this part of the centre is closed." "Oh okay" I walk away. I walk around the empty convention centre until I see the fans from before so I run up to them. "Hey! where did tubbo go?" I ask them. "Oh um I think they went to some other people, most likely fans.. I hope it helps that they left around 5 minutes ago" "Thank you guys, you were actually so helpful" They all smile "Umm do you guys know what time it is?" "um its 6:50" one of them says. "Thank you guys!" they nod and I run to the conference room. I see a bunch of people but I can't see tubbo aimsey or lani. I walk in and find Tommy. "Tommy where is tubbo?" "We thought you were with them. hang on ill call them." Tommy rings tubbo and thankfully they are okay. They went to get dinner. They run straight here and I hug them all straight away. I finally Get a good look around and I see Quackity and Karl playing with the kittens, Wilbur is lecturing Tommy, Ranboo is annoying philza, George is on the phone, eret is setting up his sleeping bag and bunny is patiently waiting for my call. I tell the group that ill be right back and I go up to bunny. I kneel in front of him. "Hey bunny, thank you for working today. Your allowed a break from working for a tonight but still alert me if its necessary but for now, you are not working". I say while taking off his harness. he understands me and starts running around the room. I walk behind aimsey and pick her up from behind. "No Katie put me down" I put her down and she turns around and kisses my cheek. I pick her up and she wraps their legs around my waist. "Have I told you how handsome you look today" I ask. "No but I would appreciate if you did" "Well you look very handsome today aimseytv" "Why thank you Katie" we both lean in and kiss. After a while we both pull away. I let go of her but she jumps on me. I walk around talking to people while Aimsey is on my back. "Hey Katie come over here!" Tommy yells to me. I walk over with aimsey and I just see the bench trio surrounding bunny and he looks super confused. "What have you guys done to bunny" I almost laugh. "Well ranboo says he can do tricks so we tried and he's not listening" tubbo says innocently. "Oh you mean this? Bunny come next to me. Okay now roll over then sit back down" Bunny obeys and I give him a treat. "Why didn't he listen to me?!" ranboo says offended. "Because im obviously his favourite! Plus he's a free dog. his not working but if I ask he has to obey" They all nod and bunny alerts. "Bunny I feel fine. Anxiety or faint?" he ignores me and lays down. "Bunny. Your working whenever you alert me. Indicate what's wrong". he stares at me blankly and grabs my bag and brings it to me."Bunny up or down" he finally alerts back and nudges my hand up. I nod. "Uh hey guys ill be right back." I get up and bunny follows. I go into a room and I closed door and hide my supplies. I sigh but open my bag and grab my finger prick. "lets see bunny". I prick my finger and squeeze it. I put a strip in the small device and put the drop of blood on it and wait. Yep my blood sugar is high. I inject my insulin *im so lucky it's not that bad* I think and pack everything away. I give bunny his treats and order some stuff from uber eats.

I get the stuff and walk back to bunny.i open the first beer and chug it quickly. then the second, third and forth. I keep drinking until I hear some chatter. I hide the beers and go out to my friends "Hey ranboo! I did you know you're my best friend? *gasps* " "Yeah I uh did". "Good. I will be right back bestie" I reply. "bestie? what the hell?" I hear ranboo whisper. I go back to my beers and drink another one. The smell of alcohol is very prominent on me but I ignore it and walk back to the main area. well when I say walk I mean stumbled. My head starts getting lighter so I find lani. "Hey what's up??" she asks me. "Nothing much, come with me to find ranboo again". I say slowly.  "are you okay?" "Yeah lets go!" I grab her hand and I run towards ranboo who's talking to Wilbur and Tommy. "Ranboo im back! better then ever!" I almost yell in his face. Wilbur gives me a questioning look but ignore it. "Katie come with me" "No. I want to stay with ranboo and lani." Wilbur looks at ranboo and he nods. Very quickly Wilbur picks me up and brings me into a corner. "Oh hey will, uh ranboos back there ill go back and get him" I say and try to stumble away. "Katie.. I know you don't know me that well but you smell like beer. I don't think you want the others to find out so drink some water and sober up right now" he demanded. "I don't drink plus I want to hang out with my friends" I say slyly. "Katie your obviously drunk. but I can't control you. I know the 4 people that can though" I give him a death stare and walk over to tubbo. He's just on his phone so I walk up to him. "Hey tubbo! Your like total-Really awesome" I say. "Thank you but your acting different what's wrong" "Nothing but! want some magic juice?" "What do you mean.." he replies skeptic. I run and grab my bag and put the rest of the beers in it. I walk back to tubbo and open the bag. "Katie.. I mean a couple won't hurt" *Im not saying tubbo drinks nor condoning underage drinking* and he grabs 2 beers. We both drink some more and eventually tubbo is almost as drunk as me. We are both laughing like crazy and stumbling around with "Water bottles". Tommy runs up to us "What's so funny guys??" tubbo and I look at each other and laugh again "Ohhh ranboo aimseyyyy" he calls out like he's telling on us. they both walk over to us confused while tubbo and I are laughing while drinking more. "Ranboo, aimsey, they are laughing and not telling me why" the child fake pouts. "Tubbo what's so funny??" Aimsey asks tubbo. He looks over to me and giggles. "Oh umm nothing guys" he says and I nod. "Fine, Katie. what's so funny?" ranboo asks me seriously. "nothingggg" I reply.   "Okay so you wouldn't mind me drinking some of your water??" he asks knowingly. "There is like 50 water bottles in the snack area. Go get one yourself or are you just lazy" I ask him. "You know what?? Fine. PHIL,QUACKITY, KARL, WILBUR, ERET COME HERE PLEASE" ranboo yells because George is already asleep. they all walk over here quickly. I give him a death stare and he smirks. "what's going on??" they ask. "Okay so ranboo and I got called over here by Tommy so we came here. tubbo and Katie were laughing a lot while drinking suspicious water. Tommy got upset because of something stupid and Katie won't let ranboo try her water". "In my defence, there's like 50 waters over there" I say. Phil was the first to speak up. "Okay first things first. You two have to let one of the adults try your 'waters' and we will go from there" Tubbo looked at me with a "help me" look so I spoke up. "Even if it wasn't water, we are adults. we can do whatever we want" "Yeah that's true but as our friends you guys arent allowed" I rolled my eyes and gave my water to aimsey and tubbo gave his to Phil. As soon as they drank it they both spit it out in disgust. "What the hell is in that?!" Aimsey yells. "Umm water??" I say hopeful. "Obviously not" ranboo says grabbing the water and trying it. he does the same thing. "Ugh fine it's a mix of vodka, beer and spirits" I say proudly. "They are all really alcoholic, how many did you guys drink?" eret asks us. tubbo quietens so I speak up again. "I drank 6 water bottles I think and tubbo drank 4-5.." the group silents in shock. "Ehh but im fine though" I say to the group "Same" tubbo adds. "Katie get the alcohol and bring it here now." Ranboo says with a mixture of concern and anger. "OH so we can party???" "No. get it now." Phil and Wilbur say. I nod and grab my bag. I go over to the other adults and put in front of them. "Holy shit, you really weren't lying" quackity says. I laugh slightly but manage to keep a straight face. "Eret and Wilbur and go put these in the rubbish but as for you 2, its time for bed. We still have panels tomorrow and we can't have you guys tired AND hung over" we both nod and I put a sleeping bag next to the window and I lay a sleeping bag next to me for aimsey and tubbo lays his close ish to mine. I fall asleep but I wake up at 3 am. I see everyone sleeping so I slowly get up and get my bag and walk outside. the stars are still out and are shining. I look through my bag and find a cigarette. I place it in my mouth and light the end of it. I feel the smoke enter my lungs as I take out the cigarette and breath out the smoke. its a pretty bad habit but I only do it when stuff like that happens. I don't want to get to attached to the people around me. When I feel comfortable in a friend ship or a relationship I get stressed and I start smoking again. Its a comforting feeling knowing ill always have these. My lungs are really healthy anyways because I look after them even when I smoke. I finish the cigarette and put it out. I put my stuff back in my bag and go back to the sleeping bag.
