Magnetic Vs Green Telek (Izumi) Ground Zero (Katsumi) and Freezer burn (shoka)

Katsumi: so we're going to fight right?

Shoka: I don't know, Mrs. Yagi is pretty strong, she used to be the number 8 hero

Izumi: it's true, even though my quirk is stronger I still can't hold my own against her

Katsumi: so we're running?

Izumi: for now

Izuku watched the screen and saw how they were running

Izuku: they're not fighting? That's new, but knowing Magnetic she's been watching them

Ochako: what are their weaknesses? I mean I bet there's a lot but.

Izuku: Katsumi is too rash and uncoordinated, Shoka seems to have awful reaction times along with a bunch of self-doubts, then there's Izumi at the rate she's going she could be replaced by the end of the year. She hasn't shown any signs of improvement, almost as if she isn't even trying in most of her hero classes

Momo: it seems like you pay close attention to them

Izuku just gave Momo a look and shrugged

Eri: Papa! I finished my classes!

Izuku: that's awesome snowball! We only have a couple more matches left

They watched as Katsumi was held by a street pole that magnetic had bent around her, Shoka was constantly having to dodge a bunch of traps that were set, and Magnetic was facing Izumi head on

Eri: Papa why don't Izumi just use her telekinesis on that fire hydrant? Then Ms. Todoroki could freeze magnetic and they could get the explosion lady and run

Izuku: that's an amazing plan, but the reason they don't is because of lack of communication, even though they've known each other for years I doubt they actually have a plan they can all follow

Izumi was stuck in a corner, and Shoka was captured too. Whether they pass or lose was in Izumi's hands

Magnetic: is that really the best you've got? What happened to all that training? Or all that spirit you had as a kid!

Izumi didn't know what to do, she could try running but then her friends would fail

Izumi thought: What do I do!... What... What would Izuku do?

Suddenly she remembered watching cartoons with him as a kid, the way he analyzed everything and tried to predict what the hero could do

Izumi thought: I need that type of critical thinking! If I can't do this for Katsumi and Shoka, then I'll do it for Izuku!

She looked around the alley and saw the amount of garbage, then she got an idea

Izumi grabbed the garbage and scattered it in the air, as it fell she grabbed all of the glass bottles she could with her telekinesis and smashed them together mid-air

Magnetic had to take a defensive stance from the glass, but she made a wall and was ready to attack

Izumi knew she couldn't just run past her, she jumped up and looked at a small piece of wood that was in the alley

Izumi thought: Izuku always thought I could do it, so I have to try!

She stopped the wood in mid-air and jumped off of it when she landed she saw her friends and quickly freed them

But before they could even think about running they were stuck in place

Magnetic: not bad, but not good enough
