Izuku: you don't know your mother's address? I mean I don't sleep there often, only when she calls-
The guard smacked Izuku across the face and was interrupted before something else could happen
Warden: Izuku Yagi, you understand that you are being tried as an adult? For the crime of Vigilantism, property damage, attempted murder, assault and battery, and faking your death?
Izuku: that's what's charged? I expected more
Warden: did you do more?
Izuku: no more questions, not unless there's a lawyer present
Guard: why not just call in your daddy? I'm sure the number one hero could-
Before he finished his sentence Izuku headbutt his nose, causing a satisfying snap, and a large amount of blood to spill
They pulled Izuku into another room and were about to beat him when the warden stepped in
Warden: No! If the public sees how we treat our inmates it will be on all our asses! Get him to cell block C-section 3, wind 6!
Izuku: C? Here I thought I was special
Warden: C Is the only cell block where you aren't wanted dead
Izuku: what prison is this again?
Warden: Isengard Penitentiary
Izuku: what? Not good enough for the big place?
Warden: why the hell would you want to go to Tartarus?
Izuku: I was the most wanted guy in Japan, Russia, and the United States. I figured I was better than this place
Warden: well too bad, you're stuck here with me
They slapped on the quirk disabling braces, uncuffed him, and threw him into a cell
Izuku looked around and put his stuff on the top bunk, but he was interrupted
Cellmate: I've been here longer, so I get top bunk-
Izuku: I don't care, I sleep where I want, when I want
Cellmate: you know who I am? I'm-
Izuku: I'm going to stop you right there, you are nobody. Just a petty crook who has a Rich family, you bought off half the guys here.so you think you deserve respect
There was a small pause, Izuku's cellmate stared at him for a moment
Cellmate: I recognize that face, you're the Red Hood! All Might's kid!
Izuku: and you're getting on my nerves, goodnight
Izuku lay on the bed and went to sleep
The next morning Izuku was woken up by the guards, he followed their dumb routine and was let back into his cell, while there he decided to pass the time by training, he hung his feet from the top bed and started doing crunches
After an hour he got bored and started doing handstand push-ups
He kept going, ignoring his surroundings, and more importantly his annoying cellmate
