Morning came and you watched as Diluc fuss over your transportation. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect as usual. Jean arranged a team of knights ,much to Dilucs displeasure once again, to escort you to Liyue. Once he done you thanked Diluc. Then you turned your head to face the crying Bard that attached himself to your arm.
"Venti. Can you please let go? I must be going." You said as he whined and buried his face into your arm. "I'll be back" you said amused pat his head before Diluc once again got Venti off of you.
"Your Holiness come back right as soon as your done!" He whined as you got into the carriage.
"I'll send you a letter once I arrive ok?" You smiled looking at them from the window.
"Promise??" Venti said. You noted he his voice take a desperate tone.
"I promise" you said as you saw him settle a bit.
"Please be safe your grace." Diluc said. "if these knights don't meet your standards let me know immediately. I will go over personally to take the post of your escort" you smiled happy. Being this cared for felt nice even though at times you didn't understand their actions some of the times. The thought of you coming back to where they will welcome you with open arms felt wholesome.
"I'll be sure to keep in touch with you too Diluc." You told him. He nodded his head. You watched thier figures grow smaller as the carriage took you away. You smiled at them and waved goodbye to them. You say Venti wave bye his arm all outstretched yelling you to come back quickly. Dulic waved back you noticed he gave a pained look. Jean waved with a smile.
Once they were out of sight you sat looking out the window enjoying the scenery. You felt nervous you got this nagging that something was going to happen. You tried to shake it off but it stilled stayed. You asked the knight that was outside how long it would take to arrive. They replied with a day and a half. Thanking them you kept still in your seat. Perhaps it was just nerves... Then it hit you. Liyue is a more critical business minded place. What if they ask for proof your this creator. Mondstadt are much more carefree they didn't ask for anything of the sort. So what will you do if Liyue asks. You felt your heart started racing as you shivered a bit.
A fake! They will find out your a fake! You felt the carriage rock a bit snapping yourself out of your thoughts. You heard the knights to please stay inside that the wind suddenly picked up. You thanked them.

Venti was on the highest place he could be in Mondstadt looking in the direction you left. He noticed how the clouds above your area started to darken. His hands curled in fists he could perfectly understand what was happening.
"This is all Liyue's fault" he muttered to himself. "They dare make her grace suffer in this manner.." his eyes were cold. He knew the whole change of weather was results of your emotions. He knew you didn't exactly believed in yourself but nonetheless appreciated the work you done with his people. Playing along with them even though you doubted yourself yet he believed in you. There no mistaking in the emotions he felt with you. The way the world reacted to you. He wanted you to believe in yourself. He wanted to do nothing more than chase you down and hug you tightly and soothe you. But he couldn't you told him you would return and as such he will wait. As the loyal devotee he is he will listen to your wish. Even if it hurts him inside.
Diluc was closed up in his office. He worked in attempt to soothe his nerves. He has no faith in those knights. He offered so many times for you to take him instead only to be rejected so many times. All he could do was ensure your trip was as comfy as possible. He felt as if part of him was gone. He thought back to last night where you hugged him. He felt complete, warm, and loved. Of course he wasn't the only one. All Mondstadt felt that way. Thier beloved creator left their lands. However they knew she would return and that made them hold on.

After using your phone to play some music you calmed down. You were happy that your phone seemed to have a unlimited battery and your music seemed to be unlimited as well. You noticed some songs you knew you didn't put in the device yet still appeared on it. You didn't question it you noticed it was best not to question everything. You had your music and that was good enough for you. You been on the road for a long while and to be honest you wanted to stop and stretch your legs.
After being on the road for a day you looked out the window and asked the knight how much longer. She replied you already crossed the border and now are officially in Liyue a few more hours and you'll arrive at the harbor. You thanked her as she smiled and said it was her honor. You stayed in your seat until you felt the carriage stop. You heard the female knight saying you arrived and opened the door. You saw the bridge that lead into the seaside city. You got off your transportation and looked to see how grand everything was decorated. With two knight behind you and two knights before you they formed a square around you. Giving you one yard of space to yourself. You started to walk across the bridge where the citizens watched in awe. As you passed them they all quickly bowed yelling out greetings and appraisals welcoming you to thier city. You spotted her. Ningguang and her group as they went up to you bowing welcoming you.
"I'm glad to see you made it here safely your grace" she spoke.
"Thank you for inviting me" you said doing your best to be calm and collected.
"You must be tired your grace. We prepared the best room for you in the jade chamber. Please follow me so you may take your rest"
"Thank you I'll be in your care" you said as she stood up and lead the way. As you followed you looked back to the see citizens rejoiced at your acceptance to stay. 'im already missing Mondstadt' you thought. 'I could really use one of Ventis hugs right now or Diluc reassuring me that things will be ok'
Entering the chamber you heard the doors close behind you. The knights could not enter you were informed so you had to soothe them as they were enraged stating they were your escorts. Ningguang stated she would assign you more escorts and that they will staying with the knights. So you were going to have more people following you. Yay... Goodbye privacy it was great knowing you.
You looked at the room you were staying at and how it put Dilucs efforts in shame. Everywhere was pure luxury. Granted they had much more time to prepare than Diluc did but all the luxurious items took away that homey feeling Dilucs manor provided. Still you decided not to say anything about it. They did this with good intentions and you had no interest in hurting their feelings. Excusing herself Ningguang told you food will arrive shortly and to please rest. Once she left you settled in finishing quickly. On a desk you noticed paper and pen with ink. You sat down and started to write letters. You planned to stay true to the promise of writing to Diluc and Venti. You wrote how you arrived safely and how you were welcomed. Once finished you put them in their envelopes addressed them then sealed them.

You were here. He saw you from far how you arrived and greeted the citizens. He felt the warmth he longed for whenever you used him as your vessel. With his ever vigilant watch he saw you being lead to the jade chamber and taken inside.
"Her Holiness is here" he told himself.
✿
Zhongli saw you among the crowd he felt himself smile. He could feel that warmth you gave him all over. How he regretted not being able to meet you as the archon himself. He could only be on the sidelines and that tore him apart.
Childe watched from the sidelines smiling. He was excited to see you in person finally after all the rumors that were spreading. He felt that warmth too and such started to plan on how to meet you. Having been assigned to over the bank in Liyue he knew he would be here a while and will be able to wait for a chance. Or make a chance.
