I sat in Dr. Stone's office patiently waiting for him to return. There was a knock at the door & I stood up, opening the door revealing Dr. Stone holding two large McDonald's caramel frappe & 2 bags of McDonald's.

After code white, he had asked if I wanted anything to eat & I had declined the first 4 times. I eventually I said yes or he wouldn't have left me alone.

I need to speak to him anyway.

I am quitting.

After the incident in the doctor's room between Dr. Stone & I, I have been on edge. I was uncomfortable. His apology wasn't enough, I needed to be away.

"Hello." He smiled & I stepped aside so he'd enter his office. I took a seat on one of the chairs in front of his desk & he sat across from me with a smile.

He handed me a bag & the frappe, I thanked him quietly.

"I got you 2 large fries & a Big Mac with 10 piece chicken nuggets." He spoke & I gulped.

He knew my exact order & I was creeped out, but I decided to remain quiet when I spotted a small pocket knife in his white doctor's coat.

He noticed my gaze on the knife & shoved the knife deeper into his pocket, making it not visible anymore.

"Safety reasons." He spoke & I nodded.

"Uh thank you for the food." I thanked him once again & he nodded.

I watched him carefully as he removed the binders off his desk & placed them on his shelf. A single photo slipped out of one of the binders & fell on his desk, face down.

As I was about to grab it & hand it to him, he snatched it off his desk before I had the chance to grab it.

I furrowed eyebrows but nodded my head as I leaned back into my seat.

He smiled at me & I chewed on the inside of my cheek. My phone began to ring & I looked down, a smile formed on my lips at Leo's contact name.

I answered the call & placed the phone on my ear, I jumped when Leo began shouting, telling me to immediately get away & meet him outside.

"Okay I'm coming." I stood up from my seat & grabbed the McDonald's. Dr. Stone stared at me with a risen eyebrow.

"What's wrong?"

"I have to leave, bye." I waved & left his office. He followed behind & roughly grabbed my arm making me drop the bag of McDonald's.

"Dr. Stone please." I pleaded & he sighed before releasing my arm, sadness flashed in his eyes. He picked up the bag & handed it to me.

"Bye."

I flashed him a tight lipped smile & rushed down the corridors.

"Neliayh?!" Leo shouted on the phone, worry filled his voice.

"Nellie baby answer me." He spoke & I placed my phone on my ear.
