Chapter 43: Because I stole shoes???

Based on season 6, Ava would be 11 years old.

Chapter 43:
Ava bites her lip nervously waiting patiently in the mall jail. While the store owner and police were having a conversation outside.

Ava was just caught stealing because this girl she was hanging out with who she thought was her friend were stealing something but the other girl didn't really steal she just pretended to be to get Ava in trouble. She refused to give them their name or parents info because she knew if one of her parents found out they were going to kill her.

Just years ago her mother and Uncle had given her the talk when she was accused of shop lifting because she was black. If her mom found out what she did it would kill her.

Ava's POV
Aww man I am so dead, if I tell them about my parents they would kill me, but if I don't then I would go into the system until they find my parents and I don't want that. My dad would literary kill me if I had a record like him.

Ava: what's going to happen to me?
Officer: the store owner is willing to let the chargers go
Ava: thank you
Officer: you're one lucky kid

I asked the officer for Jody Mills and I would only talked to her.

Jody: Ava...
Ava: *gulps* Hi Jody
Officer: what were you thinking, stealing shoes?
Ava: it wasn't my fault. Please you gotta tell whoever is picking me up that it wasn't my fault
Jody: I know it wasn't your fault but you still did a bad thing Ava. You admitted you were stealing
Ava: I know it was bad to admit it without a lawyer present but I wanted to be honest
Jody: I'll tell your Uncle Bobby when he gets here

Ava sighs relief knowing Bobby would be less mad at her than her parents and more understanding. Plus mom put Bobby on the emergency contact. Dad was busy on a hunt with Uncle Sam who came back from dead and mom was looking for a new house for us to live in while I was staying at Bobby's.

Ava: hey Jody did you do anything about the chargers being dropped?
Jody: don't say I didn't do anything
Ava: *smiles* thanks Jody

Jody got a call that Ava's guardian was here to picked her and she released her from the jail sail.

Jody: looks like Bobby here to free you kid he is waiting for you outside

Jody grabbed a hold of her and lead out the jail sail and when she did, her breathe stop when she realized it wasn't Bobby, it was her father Dean. Ava went to go run back but Jody blocked her.

Ava: Joddyyy
Jody: your father figure you would try to run
Ava: I thought you were on my side
Jody: oh I am, but when you risk almost losing my job to save your ass I had to not tell you your dad was here

Ava sighs and turns back around to find her father and he looked angry at her.

Ava: *gulps* hi dad
Dean: you're in so much trouble little girl
Jody: hello Dean
Dean: thank for bringing her to impala for me Jody and for bailing her out.

Dean couldn't physically come in because he's wanted by the police. So in order to cover his track they used Ava Robinson which is her mother's maiden name, just like Campbell is Dean's mother maiden name, that's also the name he use instead of Winchester in public since you guys know Sam and Him are on the FBI most wanted list even to they think they're dead in season 3.

Jody: I thought Bobby was coming?
Dean: he was but I came home and he told me what happened. Well little girl you got a lot of explaining to do
Jody: I'll leave you two alone
Ava: noooo Joddddyyy don't leave me alone with *looks at her dad* hmmm
Jody: your dad's not going to kill you Ava
Ava: you don't know that
Jody: Ava...

Jody gave her a look and she huffed mad and said.

Ava: fineee....

Jody left Ava alone and Dean cross his arm and said.
Dean: well I'm waiting
Ava: I swear dad, I didn't mean to steal
Dean: *scoff* didn't mean to steal, are you serious right now?! Your mother and I have talk to you about this! You're damn lucky they decided to drop the charges
Ava: doesn't matter anyways they banned me from the store
Dean: good because my punishment for you is banning you from the mall altogether. What were you thinking?!
Ava: *looks down* I wasn't thinking
Dean: darn right you weren't
Ava: but dad, it wasn't just my fault
Dean: excuse me?
Ava: the girl excuse me of doing it when she was the one that told me she did it all the time and never got caught
Dean: and if she told you to jump off a cliff would you do it?
Ava: if I was attached to a bungie cord
Dean: Ava...
Ava: what?! I was just saying
Dean: *sighs* you shouldn't let friends influence you to do bad things
Ava: but- *sighs defeated* yes sir
Dean: *nods head* come on let's go
Ava: noooo... mom's going to be mad. We already had the talk about pure pressure and she's going to kill me when she finds out what I did
Dean: and you deserve what punishment you get from your mother for that, let's go!
