Your eyes widened as you got scared. Near held on to you still as Mello walked out laughing. Near put all his attention on you and realized you got scared of what Mello said. "Shhh....its alright...Kira isn't going to get you...I promise...ok?" He cooed and pet your head. You settled down a bit and yawned. "O-ok...if you say so...then I'll believe so.."
You snuggled your head into the crook of his neck, sighed and smiled. He held you still and kept his hand on your head. You fell asleep soon as Near smiled. "I love you so much (y/n)..." He kissed the top of your head and fell asleep with you.
