"Hey, hun. Good morning," Y/n was surprised as she saw her mother as she woke up . It was the private hospital room in Shanghai where she always stayed for every confinement and check-up. She has returned to China.

"Mom?"

"It's been two days; we're glad you're awake now; did you get enough sleep? Shiyu went to get some foods for us to eat."

'2 days?'

'She questioned herself. "What happened, Mom?" she finally questioned. Mrs. Song sighed and reached for her daughter's hands. "You don't have a healthy emotional state, Y/n. Please tell me what's bothering you so we can solve this already.

Her family is aware of her anxiety, but they have never disclosed it to anyone, particularly Xiaoting. They predicted that the girl would become overly concerned, which would be detrimental to her health. "It's nothing, mom. You're probably stressed... or bored... and you know how boredom can cause stress, right?"

"But you're always taking lessons you enjoy, right?" Y/n bit her inner cheek, thinking she could get away with it. "Speak the truth to me,"

When Y/n looked at Ziyin, the older realized what was going on. Ziyin asked her mother to leave the room so the two could be alone. "Does Ziyin know what the real reason is?" her mother asked. Without a doubt, Y/n nodded her head. "Would you mind telling me?"

Xiaoting's POV

Our promotions had just begun, and I was excited to reconnect with the fans. We were so focused on our first group that I forgot about the other.

When I entered our room, I noticed Hikaru conversing with Dayeon. I didn't mind at first, until I heard sniffles. When I turned around, I saw the two hugging and Hikaru crying on Dayeon's shoulders. "What happened?" I asked. Dayeon looked at me, confused. "Didn't you know, unnie? Y/n unnie had to return to China due to a medical emergency."

What are you talking about?

"What? When?" I felt my hands instinctively grab my phone and dial Ziyin's number, but she never answered. I then called You Dayeon, but received the same response.

"After our showcase 2 days ago" 2 days ago? How come they didn't tell me? I'm her girlfriend.
