In Space With Markiplier, Part III: Fixer-Upper

My head slammed against the floor, making me wired for a moment. Once I lifted it up, I quickly noticed that I was back on the Invincible II.
But it didn't look the way it normally did.

The lights were red and the hallways were empty.
The alarms were blaring as I heard the computer voice glitching.

Warning! D-D-Dangerous Life form onboard. Evacuate the s-s-ship immediately!

The voice slowly became more distorted and deeper, sounding like a demon coming through the speaker.

What the hell happened to my ship?

I stood up to my feet facing the bridge doorway, but the sound of deep growling made me back away in fear. I suddenly felt pressure hit my back as I hit what I thought was a wall, until I turned around and saw a person. It was Gunther.

"Captain! What the hell happened to you? Where have you been?!" He sounded terrified, I've never heard him so scared before.

"It's a long story, what the hell happened here?" I asked him.

"I don't know!" He yelled. "But after the lockdown a wormhole opened from inside the ship and something evil crawled out of it. It's already taken half of the crew."

"Where's Mark?" I asked.

He seemed to ignore my question as he began looking around behind me.
I began walking down the hallway towards Cryo. I placed my hand against the scanner but it didn't open, which forced me to open it with my bare hands.

As soon as I opened it, I saw a body, lifeless on the floor. I felt like I just saw this body. I couldn't see his face but I recognized their outfit.
"Gunther?..." I mumbled unsettlingly.

If Gunther's body is dead in Cryo, then who was I just talking to?...

Suddenly I felt something hard hit the back of my head with a loud WHACK.
I got dizzy as I fell to the floor and looked up from behind me to see the other Gunther had smacked the back of my head with a fire extinguisher.

I blacked out, hearing the alarm blaring once again before eventually fading away.

I woke after what felt like an eternity. I rubbed the back of my head to feel something wet. I was bleeding from the back of my head but I ignored it.
I got back up to my feet, nearly falling back down.

"Captain?" I heard a voice call. I turned to my right towards the bridge to see Celci in there, Lying on the floor.

She looked terrible. Her face covered in bruises and blood dripping from her forehead. "Captain! You shouldn't be here!" She cried out.

She faced away from me. Something was in the bridge with her, But I couldn't see what it was.
"CC! What happened? Where's Mark?"

She had a hard time breathing, but eventually spoke.
"They got him."

"What?" I almost didn't hear her, which had me praying that I was mishearing her.

"It takes form of people you trust." She explained. "Don't trust it!" She yelled.

She suddenly started crawling away from whatever it was in the room with her. I ran over to help but the door suddenly closed. I banged on the door just to hear loudly growling, and the screams and cries of Celci...

She wasn't...
She can't be.

I backed away, running towards the Cryo room again until I heard another voice in the Astroid Defense room. It wasn't Gunther.
