Karl was at a club.
Something that wasn't usual for him,

Quackity was a jock in high school obviously, he was really popular making Karl the nerd.
They didn't talk that much but whenever Quackity talked to Karl he was either flirting with him or bullying him.

Every time Quackity walked past him in the halls his face got warm and he smiled until he knocked his books down.

Karl:"y-yea I was supposed to meet someone but yk...."

Quackity laughed, it hasn't changed.
Quackity on the other hand definitely did,
He didn't look that different,he just looked more grown up, except for his height.
