Karl was at a dinner event with his friends.
It was some kind of YouTube event,so a lot of streamers and YouTubers were invited.
They were all seated at different tables of their choice.
They listend to a short thank you speech before getting their food.
Karl was at a table with Sapnap,dream,George,
Quackity and foolish.
The others were just talking about something,Karl looked at the liquid in his glass while not playing attention.

He heard a specific word that made the hair on his wrists perk up,he forgot it in a few seconds.
But he didn't feel any better,it felt like he was breathing through a filter,and everything was too loud,it got hotter and hotter.
Karl took a deep breath.
Quackity:"Karl?"
He looked up.
Quackity:"you okay?"
He looked around to see everyone looking at him,it felt like the walls were closing in.
Karl:"yea,I-I'm just gonna go get some fresh air-"
He mumbled before standing up and leaving.

He stumbled his way through the hallway and outside.
He held himself up by his knees for support as he gasped for air.
He stood back up and went to his car.
He got in the backseat and closed the door.
His car was parked in the big parking lot and it was sound proof.
He didn't wanna hear anything,he just had to focus on getting his breathing right again.
And out of nowhere,He heard a knocking sound,Karl flinched and looked at his window.
It was Quackity.

Karl sighed and rolled down the window.
Karl tried to smile.
Karl:"what's uppp man?.."
Quackity:"can I come in?"
Karl sniffed before opening the door.
Quackity got in and closed it.
Karl just awkwardly sat there looking away.
Quackity:"so Karl...you maybe wanna tell me what's wrong?.."
Karl:"u-um..."
Karl was on the verge of tears,not because he was so upset,but because this was humiliating.

Karl:"nothing I'm-!"
Quackity:"Karl."
Quackity put his hand on his as he looked at him.
Quackity:"Karl you can tell me...we're best friends,you can tell me anything"
Karl sniffed before he finally broke down.
He buried his face in his hands as he felt tears come from his eyes.
Quackity:"hey come here"
Quackity pulled him closer and put his head on his chest.

Karl:"i just need everything to stop.."
Karl was trying to stop but he just couldn't.
Quackity held him tighter.
Karl:"everything's so fucking loud..."
Quackity:"I know,I know Karl,just let it out"
Karl sobbed.
Quackity kissed his head,knowing it would make him feel somewhat better.
Quackity put his hand on his cheeks and made him look up at him.
He smiled and gently wiped his tears away.
Karl blushed.

Quackity:"your fine,your okay now,
understand?"
Karl stammered.
Quackity:"As long as I'm here,no one can hurt you,okay?"
Karl:"I..."
Karl came closer.
Quackity was about to say something until Karl cut him off with a kiss.
Quackity kissed him for a few seconds before pulling away.
Quackity:"Karl..."
Karl:"I-I'm sorry..."

He mumbled before he was about to kiss him again.
Quackity lightly pushed him away.
Karl:"..."
Karl:"I'm sorry Quackity.."
Quackity:"it's fine...I would love to kiss you- it's just...your vulnerable right now-"
Kar":"vulnerable?!"
Quackity:"n-no I didn't mean it like that!- I just mean...your very sensitive right now..
I don't want you..or me to abuse that"
Karl:"but we're not! I want to kiss you.."

Quackity:"I wanna kiss you too...but not because you need someone to hold you.."
Karl wiped his half dry tears again as he sniffed.
Karl:"this is so fucking embarrassing...I'm sorry"
