We see the leader of the Autobots named Optimus Prime walking up to the doors of the Ark's bridge and once there the doors open and he step inside and see his crew of Autobots at the control console and maintaining the Ark ad they travelled to a new planet so they can be safe from Megatron and his Decepticons.
