Your valid reasons don't change my reality.
I know what I deserve,
and I will wait patiently for it.
But I won't take anything more or less than that.
The arrows you shoot at me,
from the bow of underlying well wishes,
don't reduce the pain and bloodshed.
I don't deserve your attention, if you send it like this.
Like a mere formality to save your grace,
At the cost of my freedom.
by trapping me in Rapunzel's tower.
I deserve better.
I don't deserve isolation.
I don't deserve unhappiness.
I deserve love.
I deserve life.
I deserve peace.
And hence, I will remove this vermillion branch from my heart forevermore,
for it is now red from my blood and not the once alive roses.
