Stardrop- A Tangled Adventure ( Hiatus/Slow)

Varian felt a sense of dread as he grabbed his bag and headed toward Rapunzel and Eugene. How was he going to explain the situation? By saying he was just practicing? It wouldn't be a lie, but he would probably be told off for not having supervision or at least letting them know. Should he just tell them it was an accident? It was! But at the same time it wasn't... either way, he had to explain it, and that wasn't going to be easy.

"What happened?!" Rapunzel asked worriedly as Varian approached. 

"Umm..." Varian stuttered.

"Varian, answer her." Eugene stated, with a tinge of anger hidden in his voice. 

"Oops... I'm sorry! I was wandering around creating a map of the area and sketching the woods and then I made a circle and ended up back at the carriage and then I thought maybe I should practice my powers so I went to an empty area and started focusing on it and created a rock and then I surprised myself and then another rock formed and smashed the first one and then I-" Varian rambled nervously.

"Ok ok ok,  calm down Varian!" Rapunzel said, gesturing downwards. "Just tell me if you're alright." 

"Yeah, I'm fine..." Varian answered guiltily as he looked towards Eugene. "And sorry again...I didn't mean to worry you guys, honest."

Eugene sighed, before answering the young alchemist. "It's alright, just let us know next time you wanna mess with you're powers, so we can be, well, prepared." 

"Will do." Varian responded, feeling better. That went better than expected. He wasn't fuming!

After Rapunzel finished her painting and the trio ate lunch, they were back on the road, continuing their journey. Varian wasn't sure how far they had traveled from Corona (as he slept through a lot of the carriage time) but eventually, they stopped in what seemed like a sort of village. 

"Where are we?" Varian asked as he jumped out of the carriage, patting Max as he passed him and giving him an apple. 

"Some village we stopped in during our first journey to the Dark Kingdom. They gave us supplies last time, so I'm hoping they will again this time." Rapunzel replied as she carefully exited the carriage, watching so her hair didn't catch on anything. 

"Once we got what we need, grab something to eat, and sleep the night away, we'll be on our way." Eugene added as he jumped out and tossed the rest of the bag of apples to Max, who now had Ruddiger on his back, eyeing the shiny, red fruits. 

"So again, go ahead and explore Varian. But uh, keeps the powers to a minimum please." Rapunzel said as she and Eugene walked into the town. 

I guess I have more time on my hands. What to do...
