A/N: Welcome back!!! This is it, we're gonna see their Avatars for the first time!! You guys already know the gist, I've said it in the other chapters, not repeating myself this time. Let's get this story on the road!! Also, no gif for my character in this chapter, since I can't find the right one. Also, we're fourteen minutes in the movie.

*Siera's POV*

I can hear water getting sprayed in the now empty tubes where our Avatars had been in for years on end, and now, they're in white hospital gowns, lying on stretchers in a different room as the doctors are checking over the Avatars to ensure that everything is stable, even the links. Grace leads us into the link bay, Alex looking really excited to be doing this. Grace turns to Norm as we walk in.

"Okay, Norm, how much link time have you logged?" She asks as we walk, well-most of us. Jake wheels in as well. Norm answers,

"About 520 hours." Grace looks impressed, smiling. I continue to walk at her side. I watch as she replies,

"That's good. You're here." She points to an empty link bed, then heads to a couple other link beds, pointing one out to Jake. "You're here. How much time have you logged?"

"Zip," Jake answers her. "But I read a manual." I'm just as shocked as Grace is. Grace turns to him and says to him,

"Tell me you're joking." I watch as Jake touches the jelly like substance and says with a grin,

"This is cool." Alex on the other hand smiles and says with a grin,

"Can't wait to try this." I grin as well, only for Alex to turn to me, and just before he gets in, he blows me a kiss. Shocked, I immediately blush, not realizing that he would do that. I want to ask him why, but he's already closing the link bed as he does. I watch as Jake pushes himself from his wheelchair into the link bed. Grace goes to help him get his feet in, but Jake immediately says,

"Don't. I got this." He then swings his legs in as Grace taps away at the monitor in front of her next to his link. As the link whirs to life, she looks at him, and asks,

"So you thought you could just come all the way out here, with no training whatsoever, and see how it went? What was going through your head?" Jake immediately answers as bluntly as before which kinda makes me want to slap him,

"Maybe I was sick of doctors telling me what I couldn't do." Grace frowns before she starts to put down the exoskeleton.

"Arms in. Head down." She instructs. "Head down." She puts his head down twice then looks down at him. I get in mine just before I hear Alex say before he goes under,

"My younger self probably wouldn't believe you if he were here." I just frown before climbing in myself, then I suck in a very small breath before letting my mind go blank.

Once I awaken, there is a light shining in my eyes, and doctors' voices calling out my name. Once my vision clears, I then realize my Avatar ears, or pinna as the Na'vi call them, start twitching as a pair of latex gloved fingers snap beside them.

"Can you hear me, Siera?" The female doctor asks, before she snaps her fingers again. "Pinna response normal. How you feeling, Siera?"

"Hi." I say to them, shocked, before lifting my hands to flick them, touching my fingers to my palms.

"We're gonna take it nice and slow, Starling," the male doctor says. "No numbness or pain, that's good. No reflex problems either. Everything looks normal from here." I then plant my feet on the ground after wiggling my toes to get a feel for my new legs. I am just happy I can hear. This is amazing. I then see that Jake is sitting up and so is Alex. Not gonna lie, Alex looks kinda hot in his Avatar body. Wait, what am I thinking? I bite my lip as a blush appears on my face, making me even more blue, and Alex chuckles.

"What was the whole meaning of that back there, Casanova?" I ask Alex. He chuckles and answers,

"Oh, the whole blowing you a kiss thing? I was just being flirty with you. But I can certainly be more than just that." He then looks back over to Jake, seeing that he's standing up on his feet and messing with the wires while his tail nearly smacks the male doctor in the head. My tail flicks in excitement behind me as I watch them. I then hear Max as Jake puts his hand on the window to stabilize himself.

"Jake, listen to me. You're not used to your Avatar body, this is dangerous!" Jake just grins at him and says,

"This is great." I then hear Norm, who I didn't even notice was already on his Avatar say to him,

"Come on, they're gonna put you out!" Jake just laughs and walks outside, Norm getting up from his gurney.

"No, I gotta get out of these leads!" I hear him say as Alex and I follow Jake outside.

"Come on, let's follow him." I say. Alex nods then follows me outside as Jake pushes the door open. I blink to let the sunlight filter through my golden eyes before spotting two other Avatars playing basketball. Jake walks past them, almost running into the male as he walks past. Alex and I follow him, but I decide to take a different route, and before I know it, I'm scrambling up the side of a tree, letting my limbs move on their own, my pinna pricking as I take in more of the wildlife around me. I grin in happiness.

"Jake, we're not supposed to be running!" Norm yells as he and Jake race past me. Blinking my eyes, I skip to the nearest tree, and hang from it as Alex runs underneath me.

After a bit, Jake slides to a halt in the dirt ahead of us as Alex walks up. I link my tail around the tree and attempt to kiss his cheek, but not expecting him to turn so that instead of kissing his cheek, I kiss his lips instead. I blink in shock, blushing, then jump down as I hear a familiar voice.

"Hey, Marine!" I turn my head to see Grace in her avatar walking up to us. She grins and Jake voices our thoughts.

"Grace?" He asks. Grace grins wider.

"Well, who'd you expect, numbnuts?" She then grabs a fruit and tosses it to him, in which he catches it easily.

"Motor control's looking good." I watch Jake as he bites into the fruit and he chuckles, making me giggle.

(Time Skip)

As night falls on Pandora, all of us are getting ready for bed, Jake having changed out of the hospital gown he was in before. Alex and I have also changed out as well. I'm in a red shirt and green shorts, while the boys are wearing different color shirts and boxer shorts. Grace walks past Jake then says to him as he is looking at the end of his braid,

"Don't play with that, you'll go blind." Jake just looks at it weird, and I roll my eyes.

"That's kind of freaky." He comments, making me laugh softly.

"Get yer mind out of the gutter, Sully." I say to him, making Alex look at me. My heart races upon his facial features. I then watch as Grace walks the scientists to the door, then after kicking them out, closes the door. She then switches off the lights.

"Alright, lights out! See you at dinner, kiddies." She says, as we lie down on the beds. I sigh softly before closing my eyes and letting the darkness consume me before I wake up back in my human body, still in the link bed and unable to hear without my hearing aids.

"Welcome back." Max says as my link opens, and so does both Jake's and Alex's. I watch as Jake puts up his exoskeleton before pulling himself out of the link bed and into the wheelchair. It must suck for him to have to do this every single time. Hopefully things will get better.

Hopefully.

Max looks at him as he says to Jake, "you okay? You all right?" Jake answers him quickly,

"Yeah, I'm okay." He then puts his feet in the wheelchair. I watch before I get up out of mine, twisting my hearing aids once more.

A/N: I think this is the end of this chapter! Woo, boy, cannot wait till we get to meet Neytiri, I'm so stoked!! Might do another original chapter, might not, who knows?? I'll think about it.
