I hope this helps you on how to deal with bullying remember if you are being bullied it's not your fault matter what someone says or does, you should not be ashamed of who you are or what you feel

✧ talk to someone:
talk to someone that you trust, this could be a parent, teacher, counsellor, or a friend. if you do not feel comfortable talking to any of those people call a hotline the person on the other side of the phone will talk to help and give you advice, if they feel you are at risk they will take action but before telling them anything ask if what you tell them will stay confidential

✧ don't show the bully/ bullies your pain:
the worst thing you can do is show them you are upset, [crying in front of them etc] by doing this you are showing them that what they are doing is getting to you, so they won't stop

✧ ️ don't beat yourself up:
don't make a bullying incident worse by dwelling on it or replaying it over and over in your head, instead, focus on positive experiences you've had

✧ learn to deal with stress. finding ways to relieve stress can make you more resilient so you won't feel overwhelmed by bullying. exercise, meditation, positive self-talk, muscle relaxation, and breathing exercises are all good ways to manage the stress from bullying.

✧ stay around a group of friends:
stay around people that make you feel happy, bullies don't often go after a group of people

✧ focus on the positive:
reflect on all the things you appreciate in your life, including your own positive qualities and gifts. make a list and refer to it whenever you feel down
