So!

Thank you for reading, voting, and commenting!! They really fuel me a lot, especially the comments ^v^

Anyway, this chapter shows a lot of Boboiboy's powers, as well as the powers of the others. Also, plot. So I hope you guys enjoy! >:DD

Cahaya immediately knew something went wrong when Yaya was thrown back into their group instead of flying in. If you think about it, it's kind of obvious.

It still didn't stop his heart from freezing in his chest, though. Fang, Ying, Gopal...Petir...

"Yaya!", Boboiboy didn't hesitate, conjuring up wings to catch her in midair. However, the force was so great that he got knocked down to the ground, too. "Ghk...!"

"Guys!", Daun ran after the two, ending up in the dust cloud between two tall strange-looking trees with crimson leaves, which must be where Boboiboy and Yaya must have landed.

Cahaya was roughly aware that Air and Api ran after Daun, and that Tanah kept looking between where Yaya and Boboiboy landed, and the building ahead of them.

Angin held Tanah's hand, tightly enough that it might probably bruise, his ever-present smile wavering.

Tanah let him do that, silently rubbing the air elemental wielder's back in soothing circles for good measure.

The solar elemental wielder wanted to curse everything. It's getting more likely that Ying is actually right, here, that Cahaya really does need everyone, and he doesn't like it. For two reasons.

One, is that Cahaya would have failed this mission if it weren't for Ying's suggestion.

And two, that Combot's keeper might be stronger than they all thought.

And none of those reasons are good, so Cahaya focuses on the power watch comms and hopes that they're okay. "Ying? Petir? Answer me!"

At the very least, they should be alive. They have to be. Cahaya won't forgive Petir if he suddenly went off and died like that!!

--one minute, two minutes, three. There's nothing from the other side except static and crackling noises.

A cold feeling washed over Cahaya. Are they...really...?

But then, the static suddenly increased to a level that hurts Cahaya's ears, and then a voice. "We--we're okay! Nobody died!!"

Gopal.

Oh, thank f**k. "What happened!?"

Tanah slumped on Angin, a hand on his chest, relieved. Angin exhaled, too, expecting bad news and overjoyed to find it untrue.

"Petir tried to cut the wall with his lightning blades", a quiet voice explained. Ying. "Thanks to Fang and his Shadow Fingers, we got Petir away before he gets too hurt from his own attack. Looks like popularity complex is useful sometimes, huh."

"Seriously? Sometimes?"

Cahaya clicked his tongue. He looks at the rest of the team again.

Yaya was back to flying in the air, arms wrapped around Boboiboy's waist as the pair headed in Cahaya's direction. Air, Api, and Daun followed closely after them both.

Angin was speaking at his own power watch through the comms. "Petir, can you confirm? You didn't fry your brain, did you?"

"...my hands hurt."
