The Next day...
Today, all fourth-year college students are gathered in one room.
They will be having their recitation day to prepare for their OJT.
"Types of fabrics; chiffon, cotton.... Ano nga ulit yung isa? Punyeta" Liam said
"Ano bayan di mo padin memorized?" Hazel complained
While everyone was starting to get nervous, Iris was just on the corner, reading her favorite book.
She's just relaxing like it's a normal day.
"Iris, did you study?" Allison approached
"Hindi" She calmly replied
"Sus tinanong mo payan" Liam said which made everyone chuckled
Few minutes later, their teacher had already arrived.
"Good Morning" Ms. De Mesa said
She is one of the strictest teachers that they have.
"G-good Morning po" They all stood up
"Please seat down" She said as she placed her things in the table
All of them are now getting anxious because their recitation day is known for being their deadliest day.
"I will now go straight to our main agenda" Ms. De Mesa started
"Just like before, our instructions will be the same. I'll ask you a question, and the first person to raise their hand will have to answer. Understood?" She asked
"Yes po" They all answered
Everyone started to breathe heavily, knowing that they might encounter difficult questions.
"For 1 recitation point, What is the process of fabric construction?" Ms. De Mesa asked
Because they are still in easy rounds, the majority of the pupils raised their hands.
"Yes Ms. Rodriguez?" She said
The student stood up and answered her question.
"The answer would include weaving, knitting, felting, lacemaking, and bonding" She answered
Ms. Rodriguez is also known as Izabelle.
Just like Iris, she is also one of the smartest in the class.
Izabelle is kind but when it comes to recitation, she's different.
"1 point goes to Ms. Rodriguez" Ms. De Mesa said
While everyone kept on answering the easier questions, on the other hand Iris was silent.
She was just watching them, observing how they participated.
"Huy! Sumagot ka. Sayang points" Hazel whispered
"Oo nga, kanina ka pa tahimik" Liam agreed
"Later" Iris shortly replied
After a few minutes, they are now proceeding to the medium round.
"For our medium round, you will now get 3 recitation points" Ms. De Mesa reminded
Everyone got more nervous, knowing that it's getting difficult.
But as expected, Iris is still the same, she still continues to observe her classmates even though she still has no points.
"First question, The fashion industry consists of four levels: what are these?" She asked
Few students only raised their hands because some of them forgot the answer.
