Shawn Mendes Imagine

I forcefully pushed open the door, trying not to let the rain in. I carefully took off my shoes and socks so they wouldn't soak the house when I walked.

"Hey ba- woah, what happened?" Shawn asked as I walked by. I stopped abruptly and walked back.

"Are you messing with me or what?" I replied, not wanting to put up with this any longer.

"I'm confused." He said innocently. I clenched my jaw to keep me from screaming.

"Remember that bus ticket you bought for me so I could go to that job interview? Yeah? Well you sent me on the wrong bus. I had to walk 2.5 miles to get there, and by then I had already missed my chance. Since you forgot to get me a two-way ticket, I had to walk home. For 8 MILES. IN THE POURING RAIN."

His face at first was shocked, then it turned angry. Wait, what?

"Well maybe you shouldn't put everything on me all the time!" My jaw dropped.

"I asked you to buy a damn ticket, not buy a bus and personally escort me there." He rolled his eyes.

"Would you stop blaming everything on me?" I balled my fists near my waist.

"You didn't even check in on me! That interview was 6 hours long! I could have been dead and you still wouldn't have known." I took off my shirt, which just revealed a soaking wet tank top.

"It's not my fault I'm busy all the time."

"You didn't even work today! You did absolutely nothing."
His eyebrows furrowed as he tried to think of a comeback.

"Maybe you should just leave so when you screw things up, it's only your fault and NOT mine." I turned my heels as I started to walk back to our bedroom.

"THEN I WILL." I yelled back to him. I grabbed a bag and quickly stuffed all my belongings in it. I went to the bathroom to change but when I came out, a puffy eyed Shawn stood in front of me.

"W-wait you're really l-leaving?" He asked, scared that I was.

"I am no longer wanted so I think I will." I pushed past him and pick up and umbrella and waterproof coat. I slipped both on, then hung the bag over my shoulder.
I left to grab my shoes to find they were gone. I turned around.

"Y-you can't leave m-me..." I took my shoes out of his hands.

"I just did."
