What Should We Do in Liberation?
Every person who will minister deliverance should keep the following in mind:
A. Submit yourself to deliverance first. Remember that you must be free before freeing others; and not just once, but every time you need it.
B. Be baptized with the Holy Spirit. This will help us to be open to the manifestations of the Holy Spirit.
C. Use the weapons that God has given. Put on the spiritual armor. "Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes ..." (Ephesians 6.11).
D. Know the power of the name of Jesus. Seek and maintain his anointing and authority. Also, boldly handle the word of God, which is power and a double-edged sword. "The word of God is alive, effective, and sharper than any two-edged sword: it penetrates to the breaking point of soul and spirit, joints and marrow, and discerns the thoughts and intentions of the heart" (Hebrews 4.12).
