Writer's pov

Damien looked at xavin staring at the floor tears streaming out his eyes, he didnt even cry at their parents death he sighed as he finally believed that xavin loves her, he kept saying that to him but he never believed it thinking it might be lust or infatuation.

"I'll kill myself if something happens to her" he said to no one in particular.

Irina who was really annoyed that damien dragged her here to get bored our of her wits rolled her eyes at her brothers dramatics and examined her manicure.

"I am gonna go home, I can't just waste my time for that dumb slut" she said making xavin glare at her.

"I wont tolerate any disrespect, she is not a knight anymore, she is my girlfreind" xavin warned her and she rolled her eyes again making damien groan.

"Go, you are not making this any easier" he said and she scoffed before leaving,

"Relax, she'll be fine" Damien placed his hand on xavins shoulder.

They really valued family, all that came first was family, and right now Damien didn't care that he was jealous and angry that xavin gets to keep Rose, he just knew that xavin was hurt and scared and needed him.

few hours passed and xavin didn't eat or even move from his seat, damien was there for him too.

he stood up as doctor came out from the operation theatre.

"she is out of danger and she is under the anesthesia but you can see her" he cried and breathed out in relief.

"she is fine" he laughed And hugged damien.

"go see her man" damien patted his shoulder and broke the hug.

mother fucker is whipped

he thought with a chuckle

xavin approached her almost breaking down upon seeing her.

"don't ever pull this stunt ever again" he whispered as he held her hand in his both hands and kissed it.

"mmhmm my baby" she mumbled in her sleep and xavin's heart broke, he kissed her forehead and caressed her hair,

"I'll be right back baby" he said and walked out.

"Damien" he called damien making him stand up.

"give him back, give her son back to her" he pleaded holding his arm,

Damien took a deep breath and turned to his right.

"Don't make me do this man, I promised Irina, dimitri is hers"

"i never asked anything from you, I've been there for you through good and bad, thick and thin, I never questioned you, just grant me this" he pleaded.

"you'll be in the same house, he will be with irina and you too, she won't survive without him" he was desperate he was ready to be on his knees,

Damien sighed pinching his nose bridge,

"Irina will kill me, but just for you, it'll be worth it" he said and xavin hugged him.

"Thanks man" he smiled widely before running towards rose.
